    Product was out of date and arrived almost a week after I actually needed it... I went to a local pet store and bought the same products albeit for £1.30 more because I figured the stuff for K9Capers would never arrive (supposed to be next day delivery and waited 6 days before shopping elsewhere)

    I then phoned K9Capers and was told I'd have to pay a £10 return fee for the goods to be collected from my house - This is illegal under the distance sellers regulations but they wouldn't budge.

    I've been ordering from K9 Capers for our three cats for several months now, and I just wanted to say how fantastic the service is. I'm quick to complain if there's a problem, so it seems only right to give credit where it is due.

    Products are always in stock, and if not, they contact and offer a substitution for no extra cost. The products are well priced to begin with, delivery reliable and the customer service is second to none. We searched for a long time to find a reliable, well priced in ...

    What a delight to deal with people who do what they say they will when they say they will do it like K9 Capers. My Keeshond Rocco has already had a little taste of the biscuits and is licking his lips. Many thanks

    Absolutely delighted with K9 capers; very easy online ordering; huge range of products not stocked elsewhere; competitive pricing and discount; products arrived within two days and were well packaged.

    poor service. the minute i walked into the K9 Capers shop they smothered me so i went to pets at home and got what i needed cheaper and un harrased

    K9 capers is ok but I felt as though i was being watched the whole time and that makes browsing very uncomfortable! Also for somewhere that claims to be a discount pet store my usual brand of cat litter is actually £2 more expencsive than where i usually buy it! Why can't i shop in peace? Im all for customer service BUT if when they ask if you are looking for anything in particular and you say no and they STILL dont leave you alone im sorry but thats just annoying.

    Outstanding customer service from all I dealt with at K9 Capers. After a tank was damaged in transit, someone personally delivered the replacement to make sure it got to us intact. Above and beyond and we were very grateful. Very nice to see a web based company retain good old fashioned customer service. Thanks again

    I have been into the K9 Capers shop in Crawley on more than one occasion and find it to be a well laid out store. On my first visit I was greeted as I entered, got helpful advice and was pleased to see a general willingness to help from the staff.However,I went into the store less than a week later (Saturday 13/12/08), was not approached by any of the three staff I could see, was shocked to find out of date rabbit treats and then not even offered an apology when I handed them over at the cash d ...

    I ordered dog and rabbit food from K9 Capers. The prices were average but I thought if the service was good I could use them regularly.

    My first, and only, order turned out to be a complete disaster - I was told that my delivery would arrive on a certain date by K9 Capers, that day came and went (and my poor dogs had very little exercise because I had to stay close to the house), then at tea-time I get an email from them with a link to Parcelforce website saying that it would arrive the next ...

    An enjoyable experience. Nice to see that customer service isn't dead and people do really care. They even advised I didn't buy a product because I didn't need it. What a service.
    Delivery took 2 days but was free and I did say I wasn't in a hurry.

    K9 Capers are very impressive. The staff really know their stuff and the general advice given was excellent. I was made to feel important and that my dog was the most important pet in the world. The opinions seemed unbiased and honestly based on my needs. The prices are very fair and above all, deleivery is free. No hidden charges. I also gewt reward points from every shop too.

    Beware when ordering from this company. Waited 3 weeks and had to send email of complaint before I received. When eventually I did receive. one item out of the four missing!! No reply to emails sent.

    My experience of K9 Capers both in their stores and online has been fantastic. I used to shop in their Manor Royal Store in Crawley and always got a pleasant welcome and was presented with good advice. I always felt welcome and that my busines was genuinly appreciated.
