SCUM OF THE BUSINESS WORLD! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

these guys take your money and the big comission they get from the phone companies and scam you along for months!
The cashback won't come!
i took them to court, paying £25, then a further £50, still no money despite the fact the court decided he owed my nearly £500 which he was ordered to pay, if i want to take it further I have to pay again! WTF!
this is messed up! he shouldn't be gettting away with this- get watchdog involved! scumbag!

This company along with their sister website, youtring.com, icallglobe.com, bunnyconnect.com, rupizmedia.com, rupizinfotech.com, mobilerainbow.co.uk, msols.com are scammers. they operate numerous websites and aim to make as much money as possible even if it means deceit and fraud. How comes I cant leave zero starts for this company. It pains me even to give one star!

In Sept 2006 I took out 3 contracts, I complied to the terms and conditions but only ever received 4 payments last 1 back around July 2007, and am still owed 5 totalling £847.50. I phoned, sent letters, emailed but just to be ignored in the end I decided to take it to court, they admitted they owed me the money and said it would be paid July this never happened.

There are so many people out there with the same problem with cashback. No problems with getting the phone though, just hope that you never need to contact them, as it is hard to get them on the phone and just don't give you all anwsers via email. One to avoid!

I am in the process of being taken to court by T- Mobile because I stopped the direct debit on my phone after being refused my cash back I rang T-Mobile up in January and told them Mobile Rainbow were selling contracts for them and not paying out. 4 months later they were still trading with them. They are just as bad. I WILL NOT pay as I don't like being treated this way by anyone.Mick Walton

I bought my phone from them, as I was promised they'd refund the line rental. However I submitted my claim forms, only to be told that I hadn't got all of the documents included (I had) and therefore that month's claim was invalid, which invalidated every claim subsequently - in short, I wouldn't get any money back at all. I tried chasing this up for months and was initially told to go away and then ignored every time I contacted them In the end, I gave up. I lost a lot of money - I recommend y ...

Bought my phone on 12 months FREE rental in Nov 07. Submitted my first redemption claim in accordance with the T&Cs (http://www.mobilerainbow.co.uk/termsall.asp) in Apr 08 via recorded delivery and still haven't heard a thing. Tried to call them = no response yet. Personally visited their address (MSols Limited, 135 Parade House, High Street, Watford) where I was informed that MSols had moved!

Where do you get the mobile rainbow cash back forms from? we phones up to the company and asked them about it and they said that we have to print it out from the website. we searched for it in the website but couldn't find it. could anyone help me out on this please. i have to send out my bills on the 15th of April. Which is like 10 days left.

Will NOT recommend mobilerainbow.co.uk to anybody. Whenever i call them up regarding cashback they always say all your documents are fine we will do it with in 28 days but nothing happened even after 12 months :-(

From reading other reviews on Mobile Rainbow it sounds like I was lucky!! I managed to receive 4 very late cash-backs from mobile rainbow, only because I kept pestering them. I have not received my last cash back from them from Sept 07.

Have been chasing cashback since June 2007 with no result from Mobile Rainbow. They promised money within a few days on dozens of occasions via telephone, e-mail etc. Don't waste you time telephoning as it's a high cost number and you are put on hold for excessive time - which makes them more money! I'm going down the legal route of small claims court.

I took out 2 contracts with Mobile Rainbow www.mobilerainbow.co.uk and they owe me over £600.
I have dozens of emails from them saying that they have had technical difficulties and promise my money within a few days. This has been going on for the best part of a year now. That is serious technical problems!!!

Kept my side of the deal, even sent all bills via Special Delivery and therefore cost me more money!! Have been chasing and harassing since July 07 and still no payment! IT IS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE! I am now taking further action via www.moneyclaim.gov.uk.

Have been waiting seven months for my cashback and they keep telling me it will be paid within 5-7 working days. I have complained countless times and they just keep ignoring my letters and e-mails!

Mobile rainbow.........theres definitely no gold at the end of this rainbow....rainbow mobile do not pay cash back even though i have religiously send bills and kept to the terms and conditions. They do not contact customers, and i am taking this up with trading standard agency.

Got bored with waiting for my cashback of Mobile Rainbow, so lodged a claim with HMCS money claim online: www.moneyclaim.gov.uk this cost £25. All cashback owed since last March and costs were paid within a month. Give it a go. Put in a claim. All my cashback has now been paid back in full.

If you think you can manage to talk to someone over the phone then you are wrong. I sent my 1st cashback paper work on 6/08/07 and the 2nd on 4th/10/07 now 3rd is going tomorrow. Have I got a penny from them yet...??? of course NOT. This a very bad company. I am doing all formalities if I can't get anything back from them I am going to contact CONSUMERS TRADING STANDARD. I think there are 100s of people suffering because of this company's service so everybody should try to make a complaint to CT ...
