    Good Points: Looks nice


    Bad Points: Clothes come out smelling bad and often too wet to put in the dryer. Bosch customer support wasn't any help.


    General comments: I've been very disapointed with this model Bosch. It goes out of balance easily and I have to stop the unit and readjust the load. I can't run it when I'm not at home. I've had 5 technican's come by and balance it and replace the feet on it twice, but it dosn't make a difference. The last technican said this was common with Bosch washers.

    Noisy, but good choice of washing cycles (if you need them). I tend to put everything on 30 degrees in any case. Effective spin and fairly durable, but has developed circuit board corruption which freezes the programme and the wash, necessitating powering down to reconfigure. Board replacement is prohibitively expensive but the machine is five years old now.

    Our Bosch WET2820 washer dryer is installed in our new kitchen on a solid concrete floor. The spin speed and water temperature are all adjustable, which means it is ideal to give a tough wash, or less, according to items loaded in. You could put delicate hand wash items in with no worries. The time delay is ideal for an overnight wash. It is not the machine to buy if you intend to move house within a few years. However, it is ideal to buy if you want a reliable steadfast washer/dryer.
