We are boring types and don't do texts. Whether down to our 10 year old twin girls (denied any knowledge) or down to putting our mobile number on an TV competition website, my wife started getting texts out of the blue and just canceled them. One day her vodafone bill arrived and instead of £30 is was about £90, we phoned vodafone and I got someone at work to text stop. However due to the way bills are managed we got another £90 bill the month after and have an extra £ ...

My child has topped up her mobile 3 times within the last 2 weeks not knowing why the money kept disappearing! We had to contact o2 to find this out and then contact some place called zamano still got no were she was told not to top up for 2 weeks as that was how long it would take for the messages to be stopped. After looking at their web site it states you have to be 16 or over for to use this website. How did my 10 year old access it then? In my opinion my child is innocent, this in my opinio ...

My young daughter has just used Cellorado, and never received a ringtone despite being charged for 3. This was half the credit to her phone, which she had paid for herself from her pocket money. She was very upset to find out that she wasn't getting a free ringtone, like she was led to believe. As soon as we realised we stopped the 'subscription'
I do not recommend to enter your mobile number into any 'pop up' messages sent to your computer... it will cost you!

In my experience they seemed to argue they give u a free ringtone, but as far as I am aware they then take all of the money on your phone, I think its a huge wrip off and scam and would recommend to not put your number in!

I was charged £9 from messages they kept sending me when I asked for the free ring tone along with the fact it's only a call centre somewhere in the world and no hope of getting back your money!!
PLEASE BE WARNED! BE CAREFUL! Luckily I only had this much credit on my phone as they would have taken more.
Furthermore the email address they give you does not work. I hope this prevents others from this experience.
