    Good Points: Amazing and easy to use website. Fantastic property details, they showed 41 photos of my house in the details. They sold my property in 5 days.
    Friendly, professional service.
    Kept me updated constantly, and always very helpful.
    Selling fee incredibly reasonable. In fact, it was the cheapest fee I found.


    Bad Points: None at all.


    General comments: I picked Kipling Harnett Estate Agents to sell my house, having had a bad experience with another agent in Houghton, and I was over the moon with my choice.

    They came highly recommended to me from a friend who had dealt with them, and I have to say that they really are very very good at what they do.

    A very dedicated husband and wife team... Great people to deal with!
    And the website is so user friendly and full of photos. Other estate agents should take a leaf out of Kipling Harnett's book.
