“After a hard days work what you need is good food.”

★★★★☆

written by Hagan348 on 13/10/2017

Lovely friendly front of house team ensured my steak was cooked exactly as requested. After a hard day at work away from home you need to recharge the batteries and a well cooked meal is just what the doctor ordered.

“new years eve party”

★★★★☆

written by cmReyes104 on 06/01/2016

we stayed at the premier inn for 2 nights. the hotel is very central and is an easy walk into the city. the room was lovely, we stayed in room 103 which did look over a main rd, we didn't hear much noise though. the only thing i could realy moan about is .....could you provide biscuits to go with the tea/coffee. the staff as always are always pleasant and helpful.

“premier Thorpe bay”

★★★★☆

written by Suarezqz1956 on 21/04/2015

We have stayed at premier inn Thorpe bay for many years and loved it but this time the changes have not Been good. No breakfast offered except fattening fry up or croissants to take back to room.cereals can be got at extortionate rates at Toby Calvert and coffee. Fruit juice extra. No ambiance at the Toby Calvert. Before it was so friendly and intimite.

“Needs improving”

★★★★☆

written by Lucianq72 on 14/04/2015

Friendly staff and welcome. Mattress a bit worn. Breakfast on the first day was disappointing, but improved. Parking not as good as other Premier Inns. Restaurant did not work. As this is a new hotel, it may need a complete review of this new concept and tweek the things that are not working. Good location but something not quite right.

“Would recommend for a great cheap night's stay”

I don't think you can beat this place for quality & comfort at such a cheap price. They're money back guarantee is also great - I'd definitely recommend it to someone looking for a bargain stay

“Staff very helpful, Room very clean.”

★★★★☆

written by on 15/05/2013

On arrival at the Premier Inn, I realised that the hotel was close to a busy road and could be noisy. As I am a light sleeper I asked if we could have a room at the back. We had been allocated a room at the front as I had booked a twin room and the rooms at the back appeared to be double rooms. The receptionist was really helpful and arranged for the beds to be moved around so we could have a room at the back. All the staff were really helpful and the room was quite, clean and the shower was hot and refreshing. We only stayed one night as we were going to a concert at the MEN in the centre of Manchester. I did not want to drive into town and again the staff were helpful and directed us to the train station which was a 5 minute walk away and went directly into Victoria Station and only took 10 minutes if that. All in all good stay and would recommend this hotel and we will certainly stay there again. Breakfast was not included in the cost of the room but we chose a continental breakfast which cost £5.25 each and was well worth the money.

“Andover, Hampshire PI”

★★★★☆

written by on 08/09/2012

I have always enjoyed staying at this location and if I have had any hitches the management have always taken care of them. The room is spacious, clean and there is always plenty of hot water. As a woman traveling alone most of the time I have always felt safe here. The only problem I would say I have encountered is the fact I can never get a car space in the evening when the restaurant is open as they are taken by those calling in for dinner. This means I have to park further away from the entrance which I don't like to do on dark nights except I know they have CCTV out there which makes it a bit easier to deal with. The room has adequate heating except the bathroom can be cold in winter and there is always plenty of teabags and coffee in the room as well as a cookie which is a real treat. I think the room is value for money but I have yet to find any of the deals they have with rooms being EP19 so usually end up paying full rate. Maybe it is because it is a very popular location.

“Why don't they have rooms with showers”

★★★★☆

written by on 17/08/2012

Good stay, friendly staff and typical Premier Inn. Good clean and very boxy rooms However it is about time that Premier Inn offered rooms with shower cubicles rather than baths with showers over bath. I find it very hard getting in and out of the bath and I am not that old yet. Disabled or elderly people must really struggle. Please offer a choice of washing facilities.

“Nice size room, excellent beds”

★★★★☆

written by Magnus01 on 05/12/2011

This was the first time we had used a Premier Inn & were well satisfied, it was well worth the £29 per night paid by us by pre-booking, I'm not sure I would have felt quite the same if we had to pay the full price, however everything about the hotel was good, it was clean, in a good location, (kettering) nice big room, friendly staff, & one of the most comfortable beds I have slept in away from home, the food in the restaurant next door was very good, my only complaint, the water pressure was poor, so the shower was pretty useless.

Good views and location.TV didnt work properly so friendly staff moved us to a different room.First room was very dusty , second room better. Quiet hotel, easy to find and within walking distance to Spinnaker and Docks.Overall hotel was nice but a little tatty and could do with being freshened up here and there. The restaurant food was quite good and the views across to Isle of Wight were great. There were 3 of us in the room, but only 2 mugs , 2 teabags etc .

“Premier Inn, Blossom Street North ”

★★★★☆

written by on 14/02/2011

Premier Inn, Blossom Street North

Good:

Easy to get to and just close enough to walk into York itself.
There's some parking on site or a public car park a few minutes walk away
Staff very friendly and knowledgable about the area
Room was clean and well heated.

Bad:

To get breakfast you have to walk through a coffee shop, then outside in the cold to Blossom Street South Premier Inn!
I always think Premier Inn breakfasts are expensive but at least it's unlimited buffet style.
If you're unlucky enough to have to use the public car park (if the free private car park is full) it is pricey but at least it's discounted for customers (£9.50 per 24 hours compared to £11.50)
Vending machines were out of order in the foyer.

“Sutton Coldfield Premier Inn. ”

★★★★☆

written by dee2948 on 18/01/2011

Sutton Coldfield Premier Inn.

I found this particular Inn a pleasure to stay in simply because of their policy, which supports the customer. The reception staff were extremely helpful and friendly. No job was too demeaning for them and they all worked as a team supporting one another.
Our room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We had a problem with the water in the shower which could not be fixed immediately and as a result we were given a full room refund because they wanted us to feel happy with our stay. This was a genuine gesture and spontaneously given.
Although the Inn is quietly situated in a residential area, not in the centre of
Sutton Coldfield, it has a restaurant and bar attached and is only a five minute drive to the town centre and rail network into Birmingham.
Highly reccommended.

written by on 27/12/2010

Having booked this room due to it's location and price alone I expected very little but the basics. The room was adequate clean and well presented. The customer service was amazing and the food was some of the best I have had on an overnight stay. I would recommend this hotel again and again and will be using this hotel again on my next visit to my family.

“This is one of the 3 hotels located around the...”

★★★★☆

written by Jammy D on 12/12/2010

This is one of the 3 hotels located around the Trafford Centre. In terms of size, this is the middle one of the 3. This hotel is located at the North side of the Trafford Centre just a bit further up from the West hotel. There is easy access to the Trafford Centre with a slightly longer walking distance to the Centre adding a mere 3 minutes on to the time. This hotel has the better of the 3 in terms of eating facillities. It has a very nice Table Table resteraunt attached to it called Mill Lodge. This hotel also has smaller rooms however for adults, instead of double beds, they have king-sized beds. The bathrooms, like all Premier Inn hotels, are en-suite and the rooms are a typical basic Premier Inn style. Whilst staing at this hotel, it was the 3rd time I have stayed at The Trafford Centre. First, Istayed at the Travelodge Manchester Trafford. This was a very basic hotel with little special abot it. Next, was the Premier Inn Manchester Trafford Centre West. This was slightly better than this hotel however both are good. I would definatly recomend this to all.
