Good Points: The rooms are quite spacious, clean and welcoming.
Bad Points: The catering facilities were appalling - the link with Road Chef doesn't work at all. We waited 20 minutes to be served at the buffet as food was not ready and then left in disgust. Not enough towels in the room.
General comments: Good rooms let down by the link to the caterers. Premier should find another company supply them as Road Chef are slow, expensive and unreliable.

My main complaint is not so much that the meal was late as I understand that things go wrong from time to time but that first the waitress obviously lied to us then the manager saying she would give us discount we never asked for compensation only decent service I understand that you have just recently opened at Rhuddlan and we had been looking forward to it as we do not live far from it I have used and stayed in your hotels round the country before and will probably do in future but that was th ...

Premier/ Travel Inns were always my first choice. However, the prices have crept up and the standards have dipped considerably. I no longer use them at all. The room price used to be fixed, although now it can vary on seasonal demand. I have noticed a difference in cost between identical rooms on a given night also. The company started out by providing relatively cheap and clean accommodation, but it seems to have lost its way. It seems more geared towards the family now, but then room prices ar ...

Travel Inn always used to be my hotel of choice when on business. But not any more. Over the years the prices have moved up and the quality has moved down. They still represent reasonable value for families, although for the single traveller there are better buys. The price is variable also which is something to watch out for. It used to be a fixed rate, but now varies according to predicted demand. Another problem that some might face is that the thermostats in some rooms are automatic and it c ...

I've stayed at Premier Travel Inn's a number of times of the last few years. Prices vary depending on where the hotel is located, city/large town hotels are about £75 per room per night, whereas out of town hotels like this one are £48 per room per night. for weekends and £56 per room during the week. It's easy to book a room on their website and you can also have a confirmation text sent to your mobile but it doesn't give the hotels address on the text, just the town name ie ' ...

Right I'll begin.......Me and 4 friends recently used the Premier Travel Inn situated near junction 21 on the M62. We chose the premier travel inn because of its location as we were only using it for one nights stay because we were going to Old Trafford to watch Man Utd vs Boro in the F.A cup. Because this game was a replay we didn't have enough time to book up early enough to benefit from any savings so we paid the full rate of £54 per room. This is the interesting part, we booked 2 rooms ...
