I have used Premier Inns on several occasions when booking accommodation for political conferences and on this occasion was in Manchester for the Conservative Conference. The hotel was clean, comfortable and many of the staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the whole experience was marred by a party of four very drunk people (NOT part of the Conference I hasten to add!) who took over the bar on the Sunday night and shouted, swore and sang - creating a very threatening atmosphere - whi ...- Read Guest's review (151 words)

We stayed one night only at Premier Inn with the combined breakfast and dinner deal. In the hotel itself the room was very clean and spacious and the staff helpful. The parking was easy and the hotel was conveniently placed. In the (Beefeater) restaurant the dinner was standard English food but well prepared and the service was very good and helpful. The breakfast was excellent being freshly prepared and not dried out on a hotplate as is often the case and the toaster actually made decent toa ...- Read Guest's review (95 words)

Premier Inn is excellent value for money, staff most helpful particularly in the restaurant. Room spotless, comfortable. Ideal location for NEC/Birmingham Airport. We have stayed here twice before, improvements have been made to the restaurant, I wouldn`t hesitate to recommend this hotel.- Read Guest's review (44 words)

I was more impressed than I thought I would be. The room was well appointed, very clean and the bed was very comfortable. En suite facilties were of a good standard.
The staff were all without exception helpful, friendly and professional.
Catering was provided by the adjacent Brewers Fayre pub and was what you would expect from a pub chain. It was good value, and again the staff were excellent.
I have paid much more for much less in the past and would certainly use Premier Inns again. ...- Read Guest's review (88 words)

On arrival at the Premier Inn, Edgware the staff could not find my reservation. After checking their system thoroughly I was informed that the required fax from their booking agent 'Booking.com' had not been received. I was told that as the hotel was full I had no room. Premier Inn firmly laid the blame with Booking.com having not sent the required fax but let on that this was not the first time it had happened recently. I questioned whether they may have perhaps lost the fax? No way they replie ...- Read Guest's review (202 words)

Premier Inn is in a decent location just off the ring-road in Aylesbury, apporoximately 15 minutes walk to town. The rooms are a decent size and are clean and reasonably modern; very typical for a budget hotel.

However, the shower is supposed to be a 'power shower' but water just showerhead from the wall, so washing is a slow process! Another thing was the room doors were not closing properly and had to be slammed shut ...- Read kezzie1983's review (203 words)

What a great hotel. stopped over on the Friday night to catch the 7.00 ferry on Saturday morning. Hotel was very clean with plenty of clean towels and very comfortable beds . Well worth the £69 for two adults. Very handy for ferry ports with Pizza Hut and Kentucky close by and a pub on the door step,superb- Read Guest's review (57 words)

My family and I stayed at the Petersfield Great Oak Premier Travel Inn this weekend. We were very impressed by the standard of service we received. We hadn't made an advanced booking, but was dealt with exceptionally well at Reception and indeed all staff we encountered during our stay. The room was clean, well appointed and comfortable. We can recommend this hotel and would consider staying there again without hesitation. Thanks.- Read stayloruk's review (96 words)

Stayed at the Worcester Premier Inn on three occasions. Each time that standard of the room was good and very clean and fresh. We have found the hotels to be exceptionally quiet and no disturbance with noise in corridors, etc. We would definitely stay with Premier Inns again. On the last visit I did not have breakfast - I do not like the cramped space of the "self-service" breakfast area. Pouring coffee out of a flask does not appeal to me.- Read walkerireland's review (81 words)

The staff at Premier Travel Inn friendly, the hotel was easy to find, and the bed was comfy also the room was cleaned daily. but we were put next some really rude nosiey guests who kept shouting swear words and knocking on our door at 3:30 in the morning also the drinks in the restaurant were expensive and my prawns on my jacket potato were cold.- Read xshell4stux's review (65 words)

Premier Travel Inn, Team Valley, Gateshead. Hotel situated in a very quiet spot. Most information says it's on an industrial estate, but its clean spacious and quiet where its situated. Its actually a big retail park with business' at one end but don't think it's a dump because it isn't.There's actually a private sports club and a few shops next door. It's also just off the A1. The hotel is very nice inside, very clean and spacious. It was also quiet. You could not hear traffic noise or reveller ...- Read simpo's review (448 words)

We stayed at the Premier Travel Lodge Inn, East Midlands Airport in diseworth. Lovely room, very quiet and friendly.
Staff were professional at all times, but also they were not afraid to show their human side. most hotel staff in my experience find it difficult to even break a smile. These however did not and readily had a laugh and joke with us.
thanks to all the staff for making our stay so relaxing and enjoyable. We will definitely use this hotel again and recommend it to anyone stayin ...- Read Guest's review (116 words)

We stayed at the Harrow Premier Lodge Inn. 2 mins away from tube station, direct into London. Fantastic location for a family wishing to visit London to explore... the staff were so friendly and the room was really clean with all the right amount of towels, cups etc... Food for breakfast was such good value for money, the kids loved it. It also helped that the children ate free at breakfast with adults paying! I would highly recommend this location to anyone , especially families.- Read Guest's review (93 words)
