“What guarantee???”

Written on: 20/08/2014 by Mcbuggsy (1 review written)

Came over for a touring holiday and stayed at a fair few Premier inns.? So much for the good night sleep guarantee. One place had a herd of elephants sleeping above me, another had pubic hairs in the bed and the shower, another one had people running down the corridors at all hours. When I complained, they said sorry..... Don't use them. There are better cheaper places… Read Full Review

“NO WAY A 'BUDGET' HOTEL!”

Written on: 12/06/2014 by jchatboard (2 reviews written)

Your start description says “Premier Inns is the UK's biggest hotel chain. Premier Lodges and Inns are a popular budget hotel.” They might be the biggest hotel chain in the UK, never stayed at a Premier Lodge, and I know they are very popular, but ‘BUDGET’ ????? Okay they do have some cheap deals – now and then – but calling them Budget when paying around £100+ a night (outside London) is in my books – not BUDGET???? I stayed eight nights at a hotel in Devon and every night had… Read Full Review

“FREE Wi-Fi ???”

Written on: 29/05/2014 by legalbee (1 review written)

I have stayed at many different hotels over the recent years, including many Premier Inns. It is now usual for most hotels, including budget hotels, to include free Wi-Fi in their package. However, Premier Inn spoil their "30 Minutes Free Wi-Fi-..." claim by not doing what they claim. After a recent stay in the Birmingham/Waterloo Street which is situated in the heart of the business district I discovered that you do not actually get 30 minutes! According to the "Essential Guide" placed in each… Read Full Review

“get it if you can”

Written on: 18/05/2014 by whosjonnym (2 reviews written)

I tried to book a 2 night stay 3months in advance for £30 a night, but my card expiry date was before the book in date. Went through the hassle of getting a new card only to be told the price had gone from £60 to £134 in four days. After being redirected to loads of different departments I was told basically tough luck, even though they could see my booking attempt. Terrible customer services… Read Full Review

I don't usually complain but felt like I needed to do so on this occasion. I stayed at the Taunton Ruishton Premier Inn,I travelled from leeds(Yorkshire)5hrs driving,I was given my key and went to the room, the window had been left open all day and the room was freezing arrived at 7pm and by 10pm the room was still cold,it was a family room with the smallest storage heater I did not need this room as I was staying by myself, the room never got warm, the room was backing onto the motorway and the… Read Full Review

“premier lives up to promise”

Written on: 02/09/2013 by mandysparks (2 reviews written)

premier inn still didn't disappoint me, first time i stayed at the gravesend central premier inn, the staff was so helpfully & made so welcome & nothing was to much trouble, the best thing about the premier inn gravesend central was that, if you are a single female traveling alone, they will automatic move you to the 1st floor for safety, but honestly, great breakfast, great staff, clean rooms & most off all you will get a great night sleep, thank you for a wonderful stay :)… Read Full Review

“Premier Inn Dudley”

Written on: 31/08/2013

Dudley town just a short distance away plus lots of entertainment practically on the doorstep. The hotel is new and the overall environment reflects this. The rooms are clean and comfortable and, despite being close to a busy roundabout, i can honestly say that i had the best and quietest night at this Premier Inn than any of the others that i have stayed in. Of which there have been many. The staff were welcoming and extremely helpful. Especially the housekeeping staff who were very patient… Read Full Review

“Disappointed”

Written on: 09/08/2013

This is the first time I've stayed at a Premier Inn and to say I was disappointed is an understatement. I chose the Aldershot hotel as our usual hotel had increased their prices yet again. I had pre-booked on-line in April for the 3 night stay in a twin room. However we were allocated a family room with fairly comfy double bed and a made-up couch of rock hard proportions. Therefore one of us spent 3 nights of discomfort. We did mention this and the lack of an extra chair, there was only one… Read Full Review

“Deer Park Livingston”

Where do I start, I've stayed here since Jan 13, 4 nights a week and in all that time the thing that keeps me sane is the help, generosity and general well being of ALL the staff, names that jump to mind are Jane,Rita,Lisa,Georgina and in the Beefeater Christeen and Susan and at night Claire. The rooms are always tip top clean, if you need anything all you have to do is ask and if the lasses can get it for you they will and always with a smile, even though some days you can tell they're a bit… Read Full Review

“Staff very helpful, Room very clean.”

Written on: 15/05/2013

On arrival at the Premier Inn, I realised that the hotel was close to a busy road and could be noisy. As I am a light sleeper I asked if we could have a room at the back. We had been allocated a room at the front as I had booked a twin room and the rooms at the back appeared to be double rooms. The receptionist was really helpful and arranged for the beds to be moved around so we could have a room at the back. All the staff were really helpful and the room was quite, clean and the shower… Read Full Review

Completely pointless review and contraction so you have stayed a couple of times???? Obviously it was not that bad. One thing went wrong you couldn't get a refund for a cheap breakfast. Then slate the hotel completely lol you are having a laugh mate!

Okay they do have some cheap deals – now and then – but calling them Budget when paying around £100+ a night (outside London) is in my books – not BUDGET???? I stayed eight nights at a hotel in Devon and every night had a different cost, ranging from £68 to £115. when I asked at reception why they do this, the only excuse was “Prices are governed by Head Office, and it is Dynamic Pricing?

What happened to the days when long stay quests got certain discounts for staying longer?

Sorry but BUDGET it is no more, with the constant daily price alteration, how can a business man etc., calculate a Budget?
