Being young and finding a good price for a renewal on car insurance is difficult, but after looking on comparison website Ladybird insurance came up and gave me such a good quote, after reading reviews I was happy to continue my insurance with that, after filling out everything online that was needed I was then contacted within 30 minutes of quoting! I had a very nice man deal with my quote and gave me plenty of details and ran through everything with me and was happy to answer any of my questions that I had, he was a very helpful and polite memeber to speak to, not knowing a lot he was very happy to explain and offer me and extras that I may need Overall my service I received was amazing and would recommend them to anyone

I spoke to a lady, she was very nice and listened to any questions I had. Any confusion she made it better for me to understand and clearly told me about everything I needed to know. She explained how I can access all the information I need to know and of any information I needed to provide. She always made sure I was okay with what she was saying and I understood all the questions being asked.

Slightly more effort to apply for compared to other insurance companies- I have to sign and post back an agreement once my bank has been credit checked which I have never had to do with other car insurance companies. The customer service however was excellent. The lady who I spoke to on the phone about my policy was very friendly and helpful, and explained everything clearly.

Very good, very informative, didn't take too long, was competitive but still not cheap.

I really enjoyed speaking to the man I spoke to. The thing I enjoyed the most was that he explained everything simply so that I understood and then if I didn't get something he was completely happy going back over it. He had all the time in the world and didn't make me feel like I had to rush. The 2nd thing I liked, is that as I have been a ladybird customer for the last few years, he asked me if I wanted him to go into detail about everything. It was my choice, he didn't just bore me. I also liked the choice of having no deposit but paying 1 extra month at the end. He made it quite clear it was my choice even gave me a quote of what the insurance deposit would be. I really hope I get to speak to this man next time! Thank you
