    Got a cheap online quote from ladybird and when I rang them to buy this quote they increased the price by double (£300). They did not have a valid reason for this increase in price and simply said that their system is not working properly and therefore the online price was lower. What a shame! They are a waste of time, I would never do any business with them. Disgusting...........

    I spoke to 3 members of the Ladybird Insurance sales team on various occasions that I rang. Each and every one as kind as as cheery as the other. A lot of friends recommend I take out my insurance online. But with the experience I had with Ladybird Insurance I would much prefer to speak to them. Nothing better than receiving re-assurance bout any queries you may have, not to mention it being an absolute pleasure to deal with someone direct.
