    Bad Points: very rude phone manner. very unhelpful. bad return policy


    General comments: I had 2 palm protectors delivered from Handy Healthcare but it took a few days to try one on my mothers hand. She is ill and also has bad dementia. Dispatch date was 28/02/09. Today 16/3/09 I phoned company to see how to send back 1 product and was told I am too late. Very bad service this and I will therefore never promote them. Person answering phone very rude and unhelpful.

    Having had a lot of problems with online shops lately I'm giving this one a 10 out of 10 for making it so easy and un-confusing to order things from them! The whole transaction took less than 10 minutes from finding the site on Google, to having a browse through the catalogue, to placing my order and receiving confirmation. The cushion arrived 2 days later, quicker than stated, and I'd been given free delivery! I'll definitely be recommending them to anyone who needs health/mobility stuff from n ...

    I highly recommend the Handy Healthcare online disability equipment site to other people, and if you are looking for mobility aids, this is a very good site to buy from.
