I did read reviews before I used them and thought I'd give them the benefit of the doubt. They are entitled, as I have been informed before and after a complaint that they can swap goods, which I fully appreciate and understand. When they choose however to replace goods with goods that don't match in taste when it comes to food and drink, it makes you wonder how they have managed to become a successful food distributor. The customer service team did nothing to put the error right by way of an explanation or replacement product when they chose to substitute green tea for coffee in a cake and biscuit hamper. They simply reiterated their policy on substitutions. So the customer is not always right with this company. It's just laughable that they're successful and I won't be using them again.
