Good Points: Nice Box - Thats Literally all thats good about these people.
Bad Points: Where do I start, unhelpful, rude, worst company I have ever dealt with and the flowers looked like diabolical.
General comments: Ordered my wife some 'Valentino' roses for '£40 for valentines day, and was kept up to date with when they were going to be sent etc. They arrived on Valentines day delivered to her work, in a nice big box, when my wife opened the box she had to get a telescope to find the tiny bunch of squashed roses in the bottom. It got to the stage where she had to hide them in the car through embarassment, they were so small and 2 or 3 were pretty much dead. I emailed them straight away and again the next morning but had no reply. So I phoned them and it was engaged, for a long time, clearly a lot of other people had a similar problem, so I waited and kept trying, finally I got through to someone, who said "very sorry about that if you email us we will sort it", so I emailed again, and waited, and waited, for 3 days, I heard nothing, so I phoned again on Tuesday, and someone said, "we haven't had your email" which was as I later found out a lie. So finally I received a reply at 16.55 on the Tuesday night very rudely written saying, unless you return them in the original box by Thursday latest, then tough luck. They obviously thought I would never be able to get them there in time and had thrown away the box, well I hadn't thrown it away and I sent it off, AT MY COST to them yesterday on a ext day delivery and they have signed for them 3 hours ago, so I am awaiting their reply. I can honestly say the 2 women I have spoken to on the email, Rose and Mhaira, have been the rudest customer 'care' people ever. And I deal with British Gas! Do not use them avoid them if you don't want to look like a cheapskate to your wife/girlfriend, they are awful.

I tried to amend the delivery address on an order (in plenty of time before they were due to be dispatched to the courier) and Eden4flowers point blank refused to help. Having gone out of my way to collect the '£60 bunch of flowers it was a real let down to see the poor quality of them. I just don't have the energy to go through the pain of trying to get any sort of compensation from these guys and judging by the other poor reviews I'd be wise just write this one off.Take my advice an ...

I spent quite a bit on these flowers for my wife for valentines day and was disappointed that they did not look as special in person as they did on the website, and that some of the roses where slightly brown. I feel that i could have got the same class of flowers (or possibly even better) from Tesco, for much less money!!
I don't think i will use them again!

Ordered a gorgeous chocolate box for my other half for Valentines day and it arrived this morning (13/2/08) Even though I had paid for delivery on 14th. Contacted them by email and was offered a '£10 refund, replied stating that I would prefer them to contact me and that it would be better to send another gift to arrive on valentines day by way of compensation. This was my first experience with online florists and was a total disaster.
I paid for the $12.99 9am service, the flowers never reached. When I contacted them, they told me that the flowers have been delivered to a P.O. box. However, they did not know the P.O. box number, neither the address nor the phone number of where they delivered!!
I can't talk about the quality of flowers as I never got to saw the flowers they sent (or did not send). However, I can definitely say that you should order ...

I must say that I have always been very happy with flowers they have sent for me. I do like to say when I am happy as well as when I am not, and do! Their muffins baskets are fabulous and I do recommend these in particular

Flowers from Eden4flowers had yellow leaves and half were dead within three days. Do not use although 'guaranteed' for seven days, if you complain after three days they refuse to deal with the complaint (which goes against their own policy on their website) and are rude in doing so. I reclaimed the money via my credit card company. (They have since changed their 'guarantee' to five days - nice way of dealing with a problem - reduce what you provide!)

Flowers died after 5 days and eden4flowers didn't want to know (despite having a 7 day guarantee). Said it was poor aftercare, to which I disagreed! They won't speak to me over phone, only via e-mail. I recommend that you AVOID!
