This company offers no flexibility on delivery, you are basically gambling as to whether your flowers will be delivered or not. If the recipient is not home at time of delivery (minimum delivery fee being £5) you are at the mercy of Royal Mail. You cannot leave with a neighbour or give ANY instructions, it says so in their T&Cs. A recent delivery was missed and redelivery could not be arranged until 3 DAYS AFTER the birthday. I ordered a chocolate cake/biscuit basket,in the photo on the web site the goods look home made,everything in the basket we received was pre packed and totally different.totally misleading!!When I wrote to complain nobody got back to me for over a week!I asked for a refund and was told as long as I send the basket back unopened and in the original wrapping I could have a refund.obviously after a week, my son who I had sent the basket to had already opened it. I urge you not to use this company for delivery of flowers. I purchased a medium bouquet for my sister as a thank you gift, and paid for the delivery to guarantee next day service. The flowers came on time however I was very upset and disappointed when she opened them. The very small bunch of approximately 10 small flowers were mostly dead, even though they were stood in a small water capsule. “24 luxury red roses and free chocolate NOT LUXURY”

I am very sorry that you were disappointed with your delivery - upon receipt of your email customer services processed a full refund. The chocolates included within the delivery were a 'free' option and as explained these are all subject to availability unfortunately on the day of dispatch an alternative to that displayed was sent out, full details of our substitution policy is located in the product description.

“Eden4Flowers - Woeful customer experience!”

I firstly want to say that I have ordered many times with this company over the years and haven't experienced problems - until now. And do you think that my loyalty was a factor? - no chance! “Monthly flower order”

I ordered the £195(usually £300 according to Eden 4 flowers) monthly flower delivery for a Christmas present. I can't put into words how disappointed I and the recipient were, What you get is a small bunch of flowers that in a supermarket or florist would cost about £3-£5 and in no way resemble sample photos, No Included vase. We are very sorry that your delivery arrived damaged and you have been unable to resolve with our customer services team.

Full details of our policy regarding damaged items / quality issues are given on the reverse of the gift card and can also be found on our website.

As soon as we were notified of the original delivery being damaged and immediate replacement was sent out. On the rare occasion an item is damaged during transit we investigate this through the delivery route to establish when, where and how this has occurred. To have the replacement also damaged is highly unusual and we do need to see the extent of the damage to enable us to follow this up, I am sure you agree without sight of this this is very hard to carry out. The delivery box is designed to take the knocks and bumps during transit and offers very good protection to the flowers inside.

“Do not use!!!!!!”

We recieved flowers from a family member who sent them on a sad occasion. The flowers arrived mouldy. We called Eden 4flowers and the lady on the phone made it quite clear it was not her problem and that there was no way she would either refund or send out fresh flowers. What was an upsetting time was just made worse as more stressful. Paid for 1-2 day delivery for flowers, arrived day after expected (even though told house would be unoccupied on that day). Card left and meant flowers could not be uplifted for another four days. “Buy from supermarkets”

Ordered the cheerful bouquet for my Mothers 80th birthday, it should have been renamed depressing, does not resemble the website photo, that looked bright and cheerful. I needed to send some doughnuts and googling 'doughnuts by post' gave me this firm! Not only did they offer next day service, I received a text and an e mail when the parcel reached the local sorting office and another of each when it had been delivered, so I knew exactly what was going on when. My husband ordered me roses to cheer me up, unfortunately he chose Eden 4 Flowers. The sentiment did cheer me but the roses depressed him!!!! Firstly we received 14 not 15; We followed the rather lengthy instructions but they started dying within 24 hours . We then employed the recovery instructions also supplied but to no avail. Sadly this email from this customer does not reflect the emails and the situation we have dealt with as customer services. The roses were received on time, however first they were in a totally unsuitable vase with dirty water, causing bacteria to build and the flowers would deteriorate in quality very very quickly - full after care instructions are sent with all deliveries and sadly the recipient had failed to cut the stems prior to placing into a vase. Our first point of contact from this customer was outside of our no quibble guarantee which is 48 hours after receipt, the first contact was made on day 5, as advised in our T&C's any quality issues must be reported within the guarantee period and photographs may be asked to support any claims, which we requested. Unfortunately where a recipient fails to care for the flowers correctly this does invalidate any guarantee / replacement which we can provide.

I think this writer has the wrong customer. We contacted E4F the day after delivery well within the 48 hrs. The vase was perfect, water clean and stalks trimmed.How on earth they can claim stalks were not trimmed is beyond me.The only problem was that the roses were on their last legs before I received them, something E4F would not accept. I have had many bouquets of flowers before and never had a problem!!!!

When there is an airlock in the stem caused by either not cutting the stems or not cutting sufficient off the heads will fall over this is evident from photographs emailed to customer services team.

“Disappointing flowers”

Flowers were ordered for a funeral - very disappointing in that they were not like the photo, looked cheap and sparse and some were on the way out. Did however arrive on time. Supermarket flowers are much better so my advice is save your money!… Read Full Review

“Poor customer service”

I have used both eden4flowers and eden4hampers recently. For one order I got no reply at all from customer services. The most recent order I got a curt one line reply after complaining about an item missing from the order. No apology was given - they don't seem to care. And their phone line is only available 9-5 Monday to Friday - that's barely acceptable these days. I have ordered from them over several years without any problems, but will look elsewhere in future.
