    Good Points: The large 3 inch touch screen with digital effects is a large selling feature for teenagers, but also one of the main faults with the camera.


    Bad Points: Touch screen is not rugged enough for daily use.


    General comments: I purchased the Pentax Optio T10 camera for my daughter for Christmas, and she absolutely loved it. Within one month, the touch screen cracked, and she was very upset. She informed me that she had not bumped or dropped the camera, but Pentax denied our claim, stating customer caused impact. They offered to repair the camera for 30.00 more than I had paid for it. I will never purchase another product from this company and will recommend the same to any of my photography friends.
