Good Points: Basic content to get started, if you want a home website, but NOT for business

Bad Points: Customer service is awful, 0870 number when they don't reply to your e-mail, not business orientated, the help files are very difficult to understand, I couldn't get the 'contact me form' to work correctly for ages(it is very basic)

General comments: Overall 101 Web Hosting www.101webhosting.com is a decent choice if you want to host a home website, but definitely not for business use, their customer service is poor.

For a website creator with so few features - you can't even load animated gifs for goodness sake - 101 Website Hosting is incredibly unreliable. There is no way of telling whether or not your website will publish or not. If you update early evening, the help desk closes at 8pm, the same time the technicians go home so it won't get fixed until the next day. If it goes wrong over the weekend you'll have to wait until Monday to report the problem.

It only takes a few hours to design and build your site with the 1 AND 1 website creator which is easy to use and produces nice looking pages. However, it is not very flexible when it comes to editing your details, you can get the basics right, but any more and you could come unstuck so give it a try before you buy.
