  Good Points: Easy to use, very economical ink usage, very good photo prints, VERY easy ink cartridge changing, AMAZING ONLINE customer service!

  Bad Points: Doesn't accept some memory cards

  General comments: I have owned this printer for over a year and print around 20-50 sheets (mostly photo) every day for my home-based business and it very rarely causes any problems. The odd paper jam which is easily fixed and, when I did have a driver problem, I used the instant messaging online support which meant I could chat to the technician whilst carrying out his instructions - I was very impressed!
