    HP Photosmart D7360 is an excellent printer no problems at all after 2 years use! Good points are photos and speed but for me the inks do not last long enough but i use it mainly for photos

    Nice pictures when it works. But due to my experience I feel I would never ever purchase another HP product and are saving so that I can buy a new printer that will work. Very often gives a Paper Mismatch error and none of the HP tips can resolve this. It doesn't matter whether you use their paper or not it seems, the message stays the same. It turns a 5 minute print job into a nightmare for me, waiting for HP back up takes forever too in my experience therefore I do not recommend the HP Photosm ...

    I have owned this printer for over a year and print around 20-50 sheets (mostly photo) every day for my home-based business and it very rarely causes any problems. The odd paper jam which is easily fixed and, when I did have a driver problem, I used the instant messaging online support which meant I could chat to the technician whilst carrying out his instructions - I was very impressed!
