Bad Points: You have to open the front door to print, cant they just make it open its self?

General comments: Does everything CD's, Duplex printing, and photos, has two print trays, its cheap, and very good quality, its standby mode is nice. Fantastic printer, well worth the small cost and the ink lasts well, and is cheap to replace.

This is an excellent printer. I have used it with about 6 different photo papers. I always buy the most economical (cheapest) and so far all have given excellent results, after figuring out the best printer settings for each.

In the normal mode it is quiet and it also has a quite mode.
It is fairly fast: I get great prints, 4X6s in about 30 seconds and 8X10s in about a minute.

I get great text documents on regular paper and near professional ones when using high-grade paper.

I bought this printer to replace an Epson printer that stopped printing just out of its guarantee, I've always been an Epson fan but after buying this printer and using it for a month or so I can say Canon blows Epson away.

The printer has two selectable feed trays, the bottom one I use for 150x100 photo paper and the top one for A4 paper, its great being able to switch between the two without having to unload and load the paper tray each time.

The printer prints both sides of the paper wi ...
