    Good Points: fast, effective, and great at multitasking


    Bad Points: fall short on brech testing,


    General comments: AMD Athlon 64x Dual Core is a nice and smooth chip, great value for money been using for the past year in a bespoke gaming system i built

    Had this AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core 6000+ 3.0GHz processer for about a year and a half now and its great, runs windows vista extremley well, with 2gb of ram. Good points are Speed, Cost. Bad point is the heat thats generated, but the fan takes care of that.

    I got the same CPU a week ago. Put it in my Asus M2N 32-SLI Deluxe WiFi Edition Board, with 2xgeforce 9600 512MB Cards and 1x2 GB basic ram Vista prem x64 bit O/S. Until i get some Crucial! My 1st ever SLI rig! The 6000+ just works great especially with the cool and quiet. It puts itself into low gear (1000MHz) until you want it to work! And for the price it truly is a great CPU. It was very easy to fit also. No messing about!
    Looking back I made the right choice just to get my rig up and runnin ...

    intel dont even try this is a current king, well recommend this - AMD Athlon 64 X2 6000+ 3.0 GHz, its lightning fast trust me this is one of the best processors I have ever experienced, well recommend it to anyone, great price too! I have nothing bad to say about this amd athlon processor.
