Well, what can I say about my experience!
ABSOLUTELY AWFUL, what a tacky, cheaply put together and overpriced place!
You can tell they paid very little to open the place, pay the inexperienced staff a pitence to work there (so the owner can make as much money as possible) although don't get me started on the owner, what a prissy, unprofessional, rude woman! Sanchia Chippendale I believe she calls herself, couldn't believe the whole day to be honest, pressue sales to buy pictures, herded throught the day so they can fit as many of us into one day, to maximise profit rather than curstomer enjoyment!
I definately warn ANYONE going there!!!!!

went las year in aug to Flawless Studios Manchester with ma beat ma best frend. they lead you on to believe they have reasonable prices just to get you to the studio however once your there absolutely not worth it. studio is tiny and cramped, make-up just o.k nuthin special or drastic, ive seen wayy better where frends and family have been for makeovers, didn even get eyelashes lol. hairstylists couldn even manage to put a hairpiece id brought i did it myself, so i basically did my own damn hair ...

The whole day was a total let down from Flawless Studios. The staff werent friendly (except the photographer!) my hair was nice but my friends looked no different. They messed us about and rushed us the time we were there and never once were we offered a drink. Infact it was that bad that 2 weeks latter I still havent been back for my free pic as I would rather stick pins in my eyes than see any of them people again!!!! The owner is rude and only cares about one thing (THE MONEY!) of course I un ...

Didn't enjoy this day one bit. I have been to Venture and double take which were extremely professional. Flawless Studios, Manchester, however was extremely small, the staff were not very friendly, the makeup artist kept dropping things on the floor, however it did look nice in the end, the changing room was very, very small and shared, the photographs were rushed and the overall appearance of the place was shabby and cheap. the pressure to buy the pictures was unbelievable, i was not satisfied, ...

what a great day i had! i can not believe some of the comments people have put on the reviews of flawless! i had a really great time, there was a little waiting around between my make up and photography shoot but it was all part of the day, my make up looked fantastic and for once in my life i felt like a model, the photographer really knew how to make me feel great about myself . I would recomend this day out to any one who has not experienced a make over before. Great fun.

my daughter and i went to flawless together for a makeover experience to celebrate her 18th birthday. We had a great time our hair nails and makeup was done lovely and the girls were really friendly. We went out straight from the studio and many friends told us we looked lovely as our makeup was still fresh. The photoshoot was good fun with something to suit both our ages, lots of props and the photographer made us feel at ease throughout. When it came to viewing the photos it was done in a priv ...

If you dont want to buy, you can have the experience for what you have paid.
The studio shoves people through like sheep in my opinion, the makeup was rushed, the wine cheap, no bucks fizz on offer, the staff seemed to rush and i waited ages to have my viewing. i was then given the pressure sale from one of the lads there.

I felt this was a horrible experience. I found it to be over priced and I received a terrible makeover. I thought it was cheap and tacky. Staff on reception seemed rude to me. No drinks were offered whilst I was there. I found one member of staff I dealt with to seem impolite to me and terribly dated in her fashion sense, this immediately made us unappreciate it's 'modern' aspect. The changing room was one shared one, I felt I had no privacy.

Everyone seemed rushed, my nails were still wet and ...

Me and my sister went for a day out to Flawless Studios but it was at the stockton one and no one hardly spoke to us all day we did not feel welcome at all. make up was nice and hair but our nails were disappointing as they did not even file them down we got french tips and we feel they were badly applied. we enjoyed the photo shoot but that was it as we felt as though it was like they just wanted us in and out. then it came to paying for the photos and I was charged 400 pounds for 5 photos and ...

The first problem was when I arrived at Flawless Studios. I had been told when I booked that I would get my hair cut, coloured and styled. This appeared to be incorrect because I only had it styled, also they had explained that I would get the white tip nails (acrylics/gels) but I just got them painted. Then to top it all off I was at the studio most of the day having photographs took just to be told I could only choose one. Then when I arrived back home my husband couldn't tell the difference o ...

I wouldn't go back and regretted buying the pics as I would rather have spent that much money on somewhere that pampered you before and were a bit more bothered about the customer. At the end of the day flawless' aim is to get you to buy the pics-which we all did. You seem to get sucked in whilst there and then think about all the bad points after. I called flawless the day after to cancel my order which wasn't allowed. They said they don't do refunds, which I could understand if the album ...

I really enjoyed the experiance and the quality of the photos, I think if you plan just to go and get the makeover and take the free picture in the package then you should expect to get someone trying to sell you more, at the end of the day they are running a buisness and £30 for all what you get plus photo, they must be losing money.

My sister n i booked a session at flawless in Manchester for £30 for hair make up manicure and photoshoot. Overall had a brill experience. Most staff were lovely we were offered tea, coffee and wine throughout the 5 hours we were being pampered. The only bad side was i felt my nails were rushed just polished and not even filed!! My make up was fantastic all expensive decent products used..he knew what he was doing..we had are photos, in different outfits and locations and were made to feel ...

I went with my Mum (her birthday treat from me) and we both felt it was rather slapdash and not tailored to us.
We found the questionnaire confusing and then it seemed to be totally ignored. We asked the make-up chap to do what he thought would suit us and mine looked fine but my Mum looked a bit washed out (except for blusher). No mascara on her bottom lashes and nothing on her eyebrows although they're very pale. Hair styling was OK though could have been better.
I had taken different foo ...

I arrived late for my shoot as Man Utd were playing and the train was packed! I have to say that they were ok about it and didn't mind that I was over half an hour late. The studio itself isn't really nice and isn't located in a great area - It wasn't what I imagined at all! Very over-rated!! To start off with, I really didn't like my hair but I didn't say anything as I kind of felt guilty about being so late. Then, my nails were painted and to be honest, I was disgusted! My 1 year old cousin co ...
