Good Points: photographers were polite, enthusiastic, professional and nice. the make-up were also polite and chatty.
Bad Points: I felt as though I was forced to buy the photos out of sheer pressure, when the prices are ludicrous for what you get. For how much the pictures cost, i should think they could afford to have another changing room fitted, i was half naked when a little girl walked in! poor child.
General comments: i would shop about a bit before going to flawless studios, i certainly wont be recommending them to my family and friends.

My sister n i booked a session at flawless in Manchester for £30 for hair make up manicure and photoshoot. Overall had a brill experience. Most staff were lovely we were offered tea, coffee and wine throughout the 5 hours we were being pampered. The only bad side was i felt my nails were rushed just polished and not even filed!! I went with my Mum (her birthday treat from me) and we both felt it was rather slapdash and not tailored to us.
We found the questionnaire confusing and then it seemed to be totally ignored. We asked the make-up chap to do what he thought would suit us and mine looked fine but my Mum looked a bit washed out (except for blusher). No mascara on her bottom lashes and nothing on her eyebrows although they're very pale. Hair styling was OK though could have been better.

I arrived late for my shoot as Man Utd were playing and the train was packed! I have to say that they were ok about it and didn't mind that I was over half an hour late. The studio itself isn't really nice and isn't located in a great area - It wasn't what I imagined at all! Very over-rated!! It was a good day at Flawless Studios in Manchester, but it is was a very long day. I would not recommend it for any one with children, but all in all it was good.

I went into a photo shoot with my friend n we had 2 wait quite a while 2 be seen and when we finally did the make up was rushed it didnt cover very well. I ended up getting 12 photos and a CV for £400, which wasn't too bad but I felt guilty about spending that kind of money for months afterwards as I realised I had been talked into a sale by a pushy salesman.
They aren't perfect photographers, they are sale people so be prepared for the barrage! Luckily I negotiated but it was still expensive.

After receiving a telephone call off one of the advisors i decided to buy a product for £30...which seemed like a bargain!

I really found this studio was different to others as in you didn't feel you were being rushed in and out. I also paid a lot less money than new id or venture and had better quality and styled photographs.

As a larger lady in my 40's, Flawless Studios in Manchester immediately appealed to me - the opportunity to be pampered for four hours and get some good photography was an offer too good to refuse. Admittedly, I was a little apprehensive to begin with, as I'd done something similar years back with another company and not enjoyed the experience. I had booked Flawless Studios in Manchester through the Middlesbrough call centre, but I decided to cancel after reading bad reviews. Under the distance selling regulations you're entitled to cancel within 7 days. I did this and received a call from a lady in Middlesbrough, who duly authorised it, and told me I would receive a cheque and to give it a couple of days. There were loads of staff at Flawless Studio in Manchester, but I don't know what they did, as it wasn't very clean. The big screen preview is an 18" TV.
I didn't get a facial, and I was never asked, as the make up girl went home. It was all too quick, and not at all relaxing.

I found the sales staff very abrupt and uncooperative. After the rather rushed supposed makeover and equally quick photo shoot we were asked to wait for 2 hours while they "touched" our photos up. This is rubbish as they are digital photos downloaded from a Canon Digital Camera which takes seconds. Any touch ups are done while you wait in the sales room hence this is just a sales ploy to try to get you to buy (i.e. make it worth the wait ) for the next bit which was the worst part of the day for ...

My friend had booked a group of us in, but after reading a bad review I decided to cancel my appointment.
