A year ago the main print burnt off.I replaced it with a new one charges Rs 1750.Now it does not print properly,on a page of print it misses at least 4-5 lines even with a new cartage.A very unreliable machine.I deeply regret the decision to buy it. (read more)

The HP F380 prints clearly. I bought 4 of these printers and have issues with 3 of them. I would never recommend them to anyone and I'm hesitant to buy another HP printer. Running a small private school our funds are limited. Major problems with ink cartridges-- full of ink but the printer is accessing it. If it was just once or twice--no problem but it happens all of the time. (read more)

There are no good points for me about this printer. It is the worst printer we have ever owned. This printer always has a problem. For a long while it said "paper jam" and we were not able to clear it until finally one day it worked again. Same for the "out of paper" sign. It went through a period of grabbing all the paper at once and jamming. Also it went through a time of spewing out reams of paper needlessly. When we run out of ink, I am throwing it away. I've had this printer for a year now and up until recently had no problem apart from it taking more than one sheet at a time. However the last printing job I did a few weeks ago ended up with a jam [even though I had the paper lined up correctly] and that's the end of my printer!

Cleared the jam but it just won't respond which is a shame as I really did like it.

So, new printer for me. (read more)

Every now and then it sucks 2 or 3 pages in at once which makes printing lots of pages back to back not possible without close supervision, but otherwise I'm very happy with it, it was relatively cheap, print quality good and for a student it is everything you could need. (read more)

My HP F380 is a complete disaster. Paper jams, prints two blank pages then prints actual page, have not yet figured this out. It does not show ink levels saying there is a communication failure. This printer looks good but I would not recommend it. (read more)

The printer overall is quite good, I have had it for just over 6 months now and its very liveable with, but it definitely doesn't make me any more warm to HP. If you need a small and cheap 3-in-1 printer and you don't mind the mess up every few prints, and the far from economic ink consumption, this is the printer for you. otherwise, you would do well to keep looking, there are better printers out there.

Wish I'd bought a different printer now, but it's showing no signs of dying on... (read more)
