Good Points: None known.
Bad Points: Expensive.
General comments: We are a small business who have been totally mis-sold by Business Telecom an over the top phone system and are paying a small fortune every month for hold music (a cd player basically), uninterrupted power supply (I didn't know phone lines needed power), we only have two rooms in our office! We get no joy from their customer support (is there one).

I would suggest Business Telecom have a freephone line for all queries but other than this I have had no problems and find them competent.

Business Telecom are professional and reliable, and I have no doubts you'll love them, they offer a generous rebate scheme and are brilliant at after sales support. I now have a great system and although at first I didn't think I'd need a lot of the functions provided I don't think I could live without them now! The product and service have been a contributor to my business and I look forward to dealing with them more in the future, couldn't recommend them enough.

Once I had signed up with Business Telecom, I wondered if that was the last I would hear from them. However, I get a phone call every couple of months, just checking things are OK. I have engineers out when I need them. I even had the consultant who dealt with my system pop in while he was in the area to double check I was happy with everything. Now with British Telecom I had to wait 18 months for them to replace a handset; with Business Telecom I had an engineer round TWO DAYS after I called in ...

They may be fine as Phone Companies go for medium to large companies, but for smaller enterprises and companies, the service Business Telecom offer is unnecessary, and costly.
