    Stay well clear!!!! they rang me out the blue and stated they could get me a £40 pm with orange and that this would include international calls, when I recieved my first bill I queried it as they had me registered as a company which I am not, my bills are now doubled and they will not take any responsibility......Surely someone needs to take responsibity for these people telling lies to consumers to con them, as above I did not want to give any stars.

    Has anyone not received their handset but has been told it's been signed for?

    Anyway, I am yet to receive a hand set but AVOID this company, they told me that Orange was taking over vodafone and made it sound like my current contract was being taken over not that I was taking out a new one - now I have a contract I don't even want and keep being sent bills in spite of never having received the hand set!

    SCAM ARTISTS. LEAVE WELL ALONE, THEY STITCHED US UP GOOD AND PROPER.

    (Unfortunately you HAVE to put in a star rating otherwise you can't submit, so have HAD to put 1 star, but would opt for ZERO rating).

    I am wondering if Business Telecom still exist? I tried to contact them today by phone and was told number unavailable.
    Are they in administration, if so we would like to be informed
    Paying much more than equipment worth, even their engineers are embarrassed by them. We are going to Trading Standards for help.

    We would have liked to have been told that when upgrading the system that we would still be paying the lease on the old redundant system.

    Business Telecom contacted us with a GREAT deal on a mobile phone contract. Just one phone with Orange... We have a poor network covergae in our area and some phones are better than others. We were told and it also states in their terms and conditions. You can return the phone to us within 7 working days which we did and have sent proof to them. they recieved it within this time also. But they are refusing to cancel the contract instead we no longer have the phone it was sent back 2 days after ...

    Business Telecom are expensive, unreliable, uncontactable and failed to inform Orange when I cancelled the contract under the distance selling regulations, leaving me with huge bills.

    VERY VERY VERY Expensive. Definately Missold. Told it could removed at any time with no cost to ourselves, Not true,Told we would receive the famous rebates every year, Not True.
    Promised a Credit for the missold equipment. Never Received
    Now have the matter with Trading Standards.

    I feel we were misinformed by Business Telecom about our contract and a year on we are still trying to get them to take out the system. We are a small business that cannot afford the costs that were revealed after installation. Our advise is to avoid them altogether.

    We are a small business who have been totally mis-sold by Business Telecom an over the top phone system and are paying a small fortune every month for hold music (a cd player basically), uninterrupted power supply (I didn't know phone lines needed power), we only have two rooms in our office! We get no joy from their customer support (is there one).

    I would suggest Business Telecom have a freephone line for all queries but other than this I have had no problems and find them competent.

    Once I had signed up with Business Telecom, I wondered if that was the last I would hear from them. However, I get a phone call every couple of months, just checking things are OK. I have engineers out when I need them. I even had the consultant who dealt with my system pop in while he was in the area to double check I was happy with everything. Now with British Telecom I had to wait 18 months for them to replace a handset; with Business Telecom I had an engineer round TWO DAYS after I called in ...

    They may be fine as Phone Companies go for medium to large companies, but for smaller enterprises and companies, the service Business Telecom offer is unnecessary, and costly.
