Good Points: Good rates, especially overseas also lines are good.
Bad Points: They claim they have "no hidden charges" but when I signed up for automatic recharge, I realized they were charging me 97 cents per month--which adds up if you don't use the service for a while and suddenly see a charge on your credit card. I'd rather spend the money on real products!
General comments: I don't recommend automatic recharge. Pingo I thought were not forthcoming about their charges, which led me to close my account.

I'm not sure if the rates are the best or not, but at least it is a reliable service. With $100 I got 39 hours and 54 minutes, to call from my cell phone to a land line in South America. Well recommend Pingo.com as I have not yet had any problems with this phone card service.

Pingo was not reliable in my case. More ever, I find there's very poor business ethics. They advertized for a restaurant coupon of $20 when I signed up, that coupon never showed up. I sent almost 5 emails, they even didn't reply me. I called their customer service, which hold you for an agent but after few seconds hang up.

I was looking over the various phone cards on the Internet and found one particular card that seems to be the best card for the money. The company is called Pingo and they have this great tool called RateWatcher.
