I lost my receipt (as I normally do not keep them) but I had the model number. I called Tefal, and they recommended that I buy the part from them or go back to the store I bought the Tefal P20707 pressure cooker from. I was quite surprised that they just did not want to know.

I must say that when I had a Prestige pressure cooker and it was almost 3/4 years old, Prestige sent me parts that came off and wore off free of charge. (read more)
