Good Points: Can download additional exercises or create your own. Friendly interface.
Bad Points: Not as many options as some other programs.
General comments: This is a good progam if you are looking for a basic instructional typing program. It doesn't have all the bells and whistles that some of the programs have but sometimes all that extra stuff just makes things confusing. I just needed to learn the basics and be given exercises to help me practice. I like the fact you can download additional exercises.
