Very good selection of dresses, reasonably priced. I particularly liked the lady who helped me. She was really interested in helping me find something I like, listened to me and offered friendly and helpful suggestions, unlike most other sales people whom I could see were calculating in their head how much you can afford to spend and how likely you are going to buy right away. I am going back for a second visit and would be very happy to do business with them....

Further to the previous review. I ordered my wedding dress at this shop, but I was charged the deposit twice on my card. They couldn't refund me directly, and I had to waste time and money to travel to the shop again for a mistake on their part. The sloppy service has spoiled my good first impression of Gilian Roberts Bridal in Eltham, Essex.
