    I found Losners on the off chance as its near where i work.
    The shop always seems to be busy but i found this to be a good sign. The selection of dresses is better than many of the other wedding dress shops i visited. They have a vast selection of Maggie Sottero dresses and often have samples of designers new ranges. I tried on many dresses and the girls were more than accommodating with my indecisive ways. I found the girls very helpful and plesant and the owner Mrs Losner a delight. I bought my dress from this shop, although finding it for £100 cheaper elsewhere as i wanted alterations and i felt more confident in the services that they could offer me.
    My dress arrived Friday and i have been able to book in for a fitting on Monday, no trouble at all.
    I highly reccommend this shop

    I found the girl doing the fitting quite nice and helpfull. However the manager was very rude. When i found the dress I liked they refused to tell me what the name of the dress was. I later found out that they had over priced that dress by £200. Probably why they didn't want to give out the name!

    Plenty of nicer places to buy a wedding dress. Isn't it meant to be one of the best experiences of your life? Shame because I love La Sposa, but hated Losners. Hopefully La Sposa will find a much ...

    I cant be bothered to write a long list of everything this company did wrong - its far far to long. I would just say to anyone - STEER CLEAR. They lie to you to get you to buy their products, there is no level of service what so ever and they basically rip you off knowing that you are vunerable.

    VILE VILE VILE. They have nice dresses, but they can all be purchased else where.

    Dont do it!! Your big day is not worth the aggravation you will get from them.

    We decided to use Losners to supply my daughters wedding dress, 4 bridesmaid's dresses and 2 flower girl dresses due to the fact that they were extremely friendly, helpful, caring, nothing was too much trouble or a problem and above all they price matched on all the dresses. With all this attention and the thought that it would be far easier to get all of the dresses from the same place which was really appealing we decided that this was the right store for us.     Staff were really helpful and knowledgeable. They let me try on lots of dresses, made suggestions of their own and helped me to find my dream dress. They also gave me a lower price than the one I had been quoted in a different shop for the same dress. All alterations were excellent.
    Would highly recommend Losners from the experience I had.

    In my opinion, Losners provided me no sevice what-so-ever. I telephoned for an appointment, was told one was not necassary, I turned up and guess what? I needed an appointment!! I explained the telephone call and left.

    If you are looking for a professional service in London, visit Losners in Stamford Hill. I have to say after visiting other bridal shops, the service here was fantastic. I was able to try on any dress - not limited to size and the assistant was very attentive in helping me find my perfect dress.

    I was really worried about having to go and buy a wedding dress, but i was put at ease the moment i walked into Losners and i had such a fun time and found the dress of my dreams. Which we celabrated with a glass of champers in the shop The girls in the store were so nice you can tell they are there to make you happy not just to give the hard sell. I would recommend this store to anyone. If any of the girls from the shop read these message, Thank you again.

    As i have said it is very easy to critisize shops for poor service and very often people fail to praise, however on this occasion Losners deserve all the praise for their customer care.
