    Good Points: Very effective against chlorine and limescale. Tap water eventually tastes good.


    Bad Points: When the cartridge is brand new, the first 5/6 liters of filtered water seem a bit bitter.


    General comments: I think the Brita Maxtra is very effective product against chlorine, limescale, aluminium and lead. Filtered tap water finally tastes good and buying bottled spring water isn't mandatory anymore.
    This is a great way to save money and help the environment (no plastic PET needed to produce bottles or to be recycled through a costly and polluting process).

    I can`t see/taste any difference in filtered water using these compared to any other filters that I`ve used.
