Employed AGS to supply and fit my double-glazing units and two doors. Prices quoted were not the cheapest but my impression was that they looked a professional sort of company. Their sale rep was very helpful. So I agreed to have the work done. Fitters arrived and did there job. I had no reason to really complain. So on that basis I decided to have the facias and rainwater goods replace. This is when the problems started. Original fitters returned. Then another team was sent. Had to take further time off from work. Still the works have not been completed so I refused to pay. I now have cracks from my two rear windows, which run up to my roof. WISH I NEVER USED THEM. THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU USE THEM. If for no other reason than there so called customer care is extremely lacking.

I have a first floor flat with a magnificent view overlooking Tynemouth Priory and the mouth of the River Tyne. Unfortunately I could not see any of this because my front window was steamed up. Cloudy2Clear identified the problem and replaced the glass within 10 days and all at a very reasonable price. Thank you so much, I now have my view back!

4 weeks after signing the contract two fitters came round to do the installation. Where they used dustsheets, they used dirty dustsheets - I had to wash my carpets after they had gone. I spent hours cleaning dust and plaster off my kitchen floor. Every single door and window they fitted had someth ...

Double Glazing and Conservatory undertakings can be a very risky business if you choose the wrong Company to install what can be an expensive job in order to improve your property, which, after all, is the most expensive thing you will probably ever have!
Last year we decided to extend our home by having a Conservatory/Sun Lounge constructed at the rear of our house. We called in a total of four different Companies, two were way too expensive, one was far too pushy and we thought we had decided ...
