    This is the first time we made a large furniture purchase online. The site and checkout was easy. The communication was OK. Thefurniture.com called us to verify the order as it was going to a different location. It took about a week to ship and 2 weeks to deliver. The driver called to advise delivery and was early. The furniture was well packed and of good quality. Would buy from these guys again.

    Great company. I ordered a $4200 Bedroom Set where here locally it was over $5700! The Furniture worked with me on pricing, the customer service was amazing! I needed a certain delivery date and they did just that! The website is very easy to browse through and the customer service definitely knows what they are talking about. I will definitely be shopping with them again!

    I was very satisified with the service, the shipping and the prices! This website was very easy to browse through and the customer service is best from any website that I have browsed through. I needed this furniture at a specific date and the Furniture even did better than that and delivered sooner!

    Be careful when you place an order with The Furniture!

    I had ordered 1 set of sofas and 1 dining set from them. I totally paid almost $6000.00 for these things. I'd recently placed the additional side table for my sofa set. They said they know the color of my sofa exactly. But when i received the item i was so disappointed because it was so different color that i still put it under my basement due to conflict color!

    Very pleased with the customer service and overall support from www.thefurniture.com. I received my bed set within the parameters listed on the The Furniture website. Also, the delivery man was very helpful with getting everything situated. I will definitely do business with this company again and recommend them.

    Although I had found the rug I wanted with another company (who I had done business with and was happy with), I went with this company because they CLAIM that most everything ships within 48 hours, and I needed to rug asap. What a mistake! Here it is three weeks later, and I still don't have my rug and am only getting a complete run around!

    Will definitely use these guys again. Ordered a bedroom set. They promised to deliver in 4 weeks, but get it to me in 1 week! The furniture is something!

    The furniture showed up damaged, partly due to UPS, and partly due to the manufacturer not packaging the furniture well.

    The Furniture.com reordered the piece, and I didn't hear back from them for 2 months. I called them several times to get status, but they never contact me. When I finally called them one time I was told it was going to be delivered the next day! That was great, but unfortunately this one was even more damaged! I strongly suspect it was the same one, just repackaged.
