Good Points: None that I can think of
Bad Points: They're rude, arrogant, they don't return calls or emails and they will try any trick in the book to claw back money from your deposit
General comments: We rented a flat from Aspire for 9 months. As soon as money had changed hands that was it - their attitude changed completely and they weren't interested in us. I found almost all their staff to be rude, arrogant and dismissive. They ignore your calls and emails and we had a nightmare getting our deposit back. Even when we did get it back some five weeks after we vacated the property they wanted to deduct a total of £180 for the most ridiculous things. For instance they deducted £10 for a light bulb that was not working! The icing on the cake came when we discovered the light bulb wasn't even working at check in as per their own inventory! They also deducted money for many other defects that were present at check in. The kicker was that we actually left the flat in a much better state than when we moved in. In fact the flat was spotless when we moved out yet they still managed to rip us off. I would not advise you to use this company but if you do, check the inventory VERY carefully, make sure you follow up any inaccuracies, get everything in writing and take photos of everything after you move in. Oh yes and be prepared to pay around £140 to have the carpets professionally cleaned before you move out - it'll be in your contract, so read the small print.
