How low can the customer service go??? I was with my 12 years old kid who needed immediately access to a toilet. I went to the reception and they asked me to go to the restaurant toilet. I asked what's wrong with the one by the reception at which point a guy in mid 50s with gray hair and beard jumped and started pushing us towards the restaurant toilet. First I didn't know what was happening, but he started swearing in Romanian (not knowing that I speak Romanian) saying "[swearing removed] they don't want to pay the fee". It turns out that the restaurant toilet was charging 3 lei ($1) for the use, and he wanted to make sure that we're paying. There he asked the employee "Charge these [swearing removed]". I would never recommend this hotel to anyone!!!
