    General comments: Honda CBR900RRX is fast, comfortable, acceleration, build quality. Great fast bike.

    I bought my honda cbr900rrx (1999 model) in December 1998, it became available a couple of months early due to Honda changing very little to it from the 1998 model. As far as I know the only changes were colour schemes and a different spring rate on the rear shock.
    The first thing I noticed was how light it felt, and I remarked at the first set of traffic lights we stopped at that it felt like a ridiculously powerful 250cc bike not a 918cc bike.

    Have had a fireblade 18 months now,dont know what on earth made me buy it.
    I'm 5ft 6 tall with a short upper,found myself stuck to the top of the tank mostly. Well had to do something about that, so I thought I would slightly street fighter it, bit of a waste really seing that it is immaculate. Took the fairing off added some drill on bar holders, twin headlights etc.
    Much better now the only other thing I had to contend with was my butt slipping to the rear on hard acceleration or trying to w ...
