    In Sep 09 we ordered a Jake 3 piece bundle from their website, and within 1 business day, a customer service called us to give the estimated delivery day, which was approximately 2 weeks from the order date. I then noticed that my credit card was charged almost immediately after the order. Despite this, I just waited for the delivery day in good faith. The following week I rang them to confirm the exact delivery date and time and was able to do so easily in 1 phone call. On the delivery day, the goods arrived exactly as we have ordered. The furnitures were assembled by 2 courteous staffs and took less than 90 minutes.

    Extremely bad experience. Ordered a tutti bambini jake cot bed which wasn't right size and wanted to cancel it straight away. The only optionto cancel an item is to send them an e-mail. They were fairly quick with the reply but wnated me to discuss the cancellation on the phone. In their T&C says that 5% cancellation fee will be applied to cover the transaction, so this charge was expected. When I called they told me that they have made an attempt to deliver my i ...

    Oh dear - I wish I had read this before I ordered a cot bed from Tutti Bambini! My cot arrived yesterday and is damaged and of very bad quality. The paint finish is terrible and will never withstand use by a toddler. I am how v worried about trying to get a refund!

    Ordered the Tutti Bambini Jake Cot Bed in Feb, and they didn't have correct items so delivered substitutes on loan. 6 months later still hadn't received original items ordered. When I asked for a refund I was told £150 for delivery would be deducted and I was given use of the loan items. Told them that I would like them to provide the items ordered, they apparently couldn't because they came back and offered a 50% discount or full refund.     Ordered my room set in May and told it was in stock. Arrived end of August at 5 pm they finished installing it at 8pm! Waited in all day. The cot bed, I was told was out of stock but other items were also missing. On inspection the furniture is at least 3 different colours, the finish is disappointing and each item appears to be damaged.     Payment taken early July upon order, they phoned early august to confirm complete delivery mid august - only part of order turned up on delivery (a cotbed which was part of a complete room set and mattress)Contacted them several times to be told different delivery dates for rest of furniture - now looking like October delivery for the second part of roomset although still not confident and no exact date can be said.     Service I received from Tutti Bambini was really bad. I ordered through the main website, the delivery was relayed by a few days but i had to keep phoning and harrasing them to get to know when delivery would be. this is not acceptable for working mums we cannot take days off to accommodate companies.

    also had to argue to get a refund on the draw for my cot bed. they said they would send one for free. was really happy till i received the draw - my cot bed is white; they sent out cream.
