ordered a cot bed ,waited a few months to be told that it is discontinued and was offered an alternative.When we diodi not take it, we were charged £30 admin fee for a refund.Extremely rude people on the phone.I am amazed that they are still in business.Avoid them at all costs. (read more)

I bought Tutti Bambini Jake cotbed in 2005 for my eldest and it has been in constant use since then, both as a cot for all (now) three of our children and for long periods as a junior bed. I cannot really criticise it as a value for money, unbreakable and attractive piece of furniture. It has been jumped on by several children at once, chewed, stuck all over with stickers and worse and just washes off and keeps going. i ordered the Tutti Bambini lucas cot bed off the internet, i thought the cot looked lovely and was very excited! it took 17 days to be delivered not the 7 days i was told and this was only after i had made numerous phone calls to complain it was late and had been given 3 'definate' delivery dates! when it did arrive me and my (carpenter) fiance were shocked to discover the cot was not 'oak' as described but infact pine!!!! over £300 for a pine cot? when i rang them to complain i was told... Ordered a Louis sleigh cotbed in white (paid £379 for bed and mattress), bed arrived damaged had a hole right through one of the sleigh ends. Rang them to ask for replacement cot - they said that they don't replace the whole item just the parts that are damaged. I asked for both cot ends to be replaced as I was not happy with the chipped and bubbling paint work in the joins. I ordered a gliding chair from Tutti Bambini. The chair arrived without any notice of arrival and therefore i was not ready to receive the parcel. It was left with my neighbour. The Chair had to be self assembled. The instructions were adequate and i did have to assume some of the assembly for myself. I ordered tutti bambini 7 piece sleigh cot bed and was told it would be delivered and assembled on the first of November and i recieved a txt message a couple of days before it was due to come saying they would have to deliver it on 30th of november at earliest, when i told them that was no use as my baby would already be here and would not have anywhere to sleep or keep its stuff, they then offered to send just the bed.(flat packed even thou i paid for assembly)..what use is that am i... My son and daughter in law ordered a Tutti Bambini 7 piece set from a company called Precious Little Ones in April. They were told that there would be a may delivery only to be told that they wouldnt be able to deliver until June. They accepted this as my granson was born on the 11th of April and being small he was ok in his mosses basket. When the stuff came it was disgraceful. Absolutely terrible. The quality of the product is just awful. I have contacted the company three times now without reply. One of the pieces arrived Snapped in half..!!! So far waited three months for a replacement. There is a reason you can't leave feedback on their website.. Buyer beware. We have taken delivery of the 'much anticipated' Tutti Bambini cot. After unpacking it, we were horrified at the product quality. Quite frankly it is shocking and cannot believe such a shonky product would be let out of a factory ...
1. Paint is bubbled and cracked at seams on one end

Terrible company. We purchased via a reputable retailer (who have been very good) - furniture was delivered and assembled by TB, however, is of poor quality. The doors dont fit into the wardrobe frame, the drawers don't fit into the changer unit very well, TB sent one piece of furniture which was not part of the set, and there are marks all over everything. Beware - We bought tutti bambini range direct from them. A lot of pieces where damaged or marked. The wood was thin and cheap and the colour was yellow and nothing like the picture or as described. I was totally heart broken. We spent around £800. I wanted to return the products as I was extremely upset, they implied I had damaged it myself!! Avoid Tutti Bambini and their furniture at all costs! I ordered my barcelona furniture set and the money was taken straightaway. I received no communication from the company. After chasing them several times,I eventually received the furniture flat packed. They did not have any fitters available at the time. All 5 items of furniture were damaged in some way. WARNING!!!
Do not buy from this company.
We ordered a cot and 1st they said delivery in April, then changed to June and then said they could not give a firm date.
You will pay for stuff that will not get to you and although they will say that you can get a refund they will try to charge 15% ADMINISTRATION FEE or refuse to give you a refund at all.
I am going to Watchdog and Trading Standards Agency to complain and taking them to small claims court.

In Sep 09 we ordered a Jake 3 piece bundle from their website, and within 1 business day, a customer service called us to give the estimated delivery day, which was approximately 2 weeks from the order date. I then noticed that my credit card was charged almost immediately after the order. Despite this, I just waited for the delivery day in good faith. Extremely bad experience. Ordered a tutti bambini jake cot bed which wasn't right size and wanted to cancel it straight away. The only optionto cancel an item is to send them an e-mail. They were fairly quick with the reply but wnated me to discuss the cancellation on the phone. In their T&C says that 5% cancellation fee will be applied to cover the transaction, so this charge was expected. When I called they told me that they have made an attempt to deliver...

Oh dear - I wish I had read this before I ordered a cot bed from Tutti Bambini! My cot arrived yesterday and is damaged and of very bad quality. The paint finish is terrible and will never withstand use by a toddler. I am how v worried about trying to get a refund! (read more)

Ordered the Tutti Bambini Jake Cot Bed in Feb, and they didn't have correct items so delivered substitutes on loan. 6 months later still hadn't received original items ordered. When I asked for a refund I was told £150 for delivery would be deducted and I was given use of the loan items. Told them that I would like them to provide the items ordered, they apparently couldn't because they came back and offered a 50% discount or full refund. Ordered my room set in May and told it was in stock. Arrived end of August at 5 pm they finished installing it at 8pm! Waited in all day. The cot bed, I was told was out of stock but other items were also missing. On inspection the furniture is at least 3 different colours, the finish is disappointing and each item appears to be damaged. Service I received from Tutti Bambini was really bad. I ordered through the main website, the delivery was relayed by a few days but i had to keep phoning and harrasing them to get to know when delivery would be. this is not acceptable for working mums we cannot take days off to accommodate companies.
also had to argue to get a refund on the draw for my cot bed. they said they would send one for free. was really happy till i received the draw - my cot bed is white; they sent out...
