I am sooooo dissapointed in Eddy Guevara. We also paid up front for our wedding album in December 2005. We have yet to see it. He contacted us like 2 years later to say that he was getting it together but haven't heard from him since. We contacted the BBB but basically there's nothing we can do because they cannot locate him. I say all of us go to court together!

I have tried to communicate with Eddy Guevara several times over the past 2 years. I think he may have changed his number. His email always comes back to me undeliverable. I paid up front because we were not wanting to carry any debt into our marriage. Big mistake. I don't have the pictures of our families in the wedding or a picture of my husband and I to hang up in our house.

I agree with the first review! They took great pictures, however, we have been married 3 years now and NEVER received our slide show (that was part of the package)! We had to finally give up on it after calling over and over and never getting a sufficient answer!
I would NOT recommend.

Takes good photographs, just not worth all the money and the time you wait on them. After the wedding it took 8 months to get our pictures. Had to keep on him about everything and had to ask for everything. Took forever to get bridal portrait as well as the cds with all the proofs on them. Would not recommend this photographer to anyone!

Wedding was July 1, 2006...Have not received my proofs or images on disk as promised in contract...I have NO pictures of my wedding, the second most important day of my life (the first being the day my daughter was born...seeing that I would have liked to share our wedding day with her one day but we have no pictures!) My husband's grandfather is 90 years old and for his birthday asked for a wedding photo of us... Too bad we couldn't fulfill his wish because we don't have any!

All the reviews posted sound all too familiar. I put in a complaint to the BBB and the photographer never responded. I got married in August 2006 and still have not received my wedding album. I have tried contacting the photographer in every way possible and never get a response. I would not advise using him - its not worth the heartache!

I'd like to confirm everything that has been posted about Eddy on this site. It has been well over a year since our wedding. We paid in full in order to receive extra print credit and THAT WAS OUR BIGGEST MISTAKE. Eddy gets you things on time if you have withheld payment from that item. If you have already paid, then you are at his mercy and will be waiting a long time for your photos, album, prints, etc. We paid close to $5000 and chose his largest package.

Eddy Guevara was highly recommended by another photographer seen on TheKnot.com. At that time, he had no complaints with the BBB, that I found, but he certainly does now.

My daughter's wedding was September 30, 2006 and her best friend was married April 12, 2006. Neither couple has received their wedding album nor are their phone calls or emails being returned.

We had a mediator contact him yesterday. He answers the phone if you are not a post-wedding bride. He gave the mediator bogus inf ...

It has been a real heartbreak dealing with Eddy Guevara. Great on the front-end but then struggle to get return phone calls and hard to get in touch with once the wedding is over.

Up through the wedding he seems like he is on top of things. Good pictures.

However, after the wedding it takes forever to get everything from Eddy Guevara Photography. It is now April 2007; I got married in September 2005...I have yet to see my wedding album.

I would not recommend.

Both my sister in law and her sister used this photographer. One got married more than a year ago and the other a year ago. Eddy Guevara photography in Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas still has not given either one their photo albums. Apparently, the contract did not stipulate when they would receive their albums, just that they would receive them.
