    Good Points: looks good


    Bad Points: lots of badly fitting parts


    General comments: Bike arrived from Factory Direct Bikes on time which was good, assembly instructions were poor, I was quite surprised that I had to assemble the wheels and brakes. I had a bag full of bolts that dont fit anything. Other bolts would not fit the holes they were meant to fit.

    I bought my bike from Factory Direct Bikes about 12 month ago and i am not happy with it at all. Delivery was delayed and bike was scratched and chipped in many places. brake handle was broken and i had to fix it by myselef as Direct Bikes didn't care. since then my bike broke lots of times and so far no one from Direct Bike decided to fix it so i have to spend on servicing about £300 so far. many times i spoke with staff but their attitude just put me off. i am not sure if this bike will ...

    When looking at the high street chains, this shop was a breath of fresh air. Happy faces, good fun and loads of help and advice.

    I was looking for a claude butler mountain bike and came across this site www.factorydirectbikes.com i found exactly what i was looking for plus about a million other bikes i liked as well. Their service was good and so was there after sales service! So i bought my son a little bike for christmas too.
