    Good Points: It has a very smooth action lots of different resistance programmes to get good results and fast.


    Bad Points: None so far.


    General comments: I love the York X730 Platinum cross trainer its stylish, good quality build and stamina far excels anything else i have tried, its the nearest you'll get to gym quality equipment in the home.
