Good Points: Baby and toddler can face you, or different directions.
    nice colours avaliable.

Bad Points: When you go up kirbs the handle breaks from its position making it impossable to get up the kirb.
The wheels buckle at the slightest bumb or raised pavement.
The frames twist over time (5 mths)
wheels drop off once they have buckled several times
The customer service from head office is terrible

General comments: feel that i was ripped off with a pram that I thought would last me years. The service I received from firstwheels office in the UK made me out to be a liar about where i bought the pram from and that they cannot help me out with the faults as it lies with who I bought it from and not them. This is my second chaisis and now my second wheel which has snapped again. Each time they repaired it foc but know they have decided it is not for them to repair. I ve had the pram 12mths and only had 8 mths use out of the pram. Should have bought the cheaper pram from mothercare I originally wanted.

Firstwheels City Twin Stroller is more trouble than it is worth. Chassis handle is very flimsy probably because of the weight when going up and down kerbs. Front wheels collapse inwards and brake is less than adequate. I would not recommend this pushchair to anyone. It does have a lot of versatility. New version being introduced 2009 lets hope there are some major improvements

I chose this pushchair for my twins as it was (at the time) one of the most versatile on the market. I liked that I could use carrycots, and that when using the pushchair, you could have the children facing towards or away from you.

In terms of how it looks with 2 new babies in the carrycots, this Firstwheels City Twin Stroller pushchair ticked the right boxes. However I wouldn't recommend it as I now believe there are other twin carrycoys on the market. It doesn't fold away small enough to ...

The larger back wheels of my Firstwheels City Twin Stroller started to fall apart at the hub after 3 months. I'm on my third set now which are also starting to fall apart again 9 months into first year - the shop has exchanged these for free so far, we haven't used it so much in last 3 months for fear of these failing again - is there a known problem which Firstwheels know about? I find the brake awkward to set and undo. Needs greasing regularly - this was not pointed out at time of buying. Tefl ...

Versatility and lots of options for forward and rear facing of cots and pushchair units

I have had problems with the chassis handle collapsing and also front wheels do not seem adequate

I have had too many issues with chassis to recommend this pushchair to anyone.

I paid over £400 for this pram and got extra carry cot for newborn! the carry cot is very narrow, whilst trying to get my pram across a busy road the adjustable handle on my pram collapsed and i had to drag the pram over road i found this to be very dangerous and ceased using pram straight away... its now gathering dust in my garage as i wouldn't dare sell it on. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

front wheels seem flimsy and buckle if I go over an uneven surface and look like they're going to snap, the handle gives when I try to get up onto a kerb which I feel is extremely dangerous if I am crossing a busy road.

I was extremely unsatisfied with my pram, I had to change it when my twin boys were 4 months. would not recommend this product

The internet company I bought Firstwheels City Twin Stroller from said I was 7 days out of warranty and cannot help unless I send it to them and pay for it to be repaired. I purchased the pram 8 weeks before the twins were born in case they came premature so I only actually used the pram for 10 months so costly choice all in all steer clear

Overall i've been very happy with this pram, having my twins in the carry cots was great and although some problems with the frame i woudn't be put of buying it as it is very easy and light to push. It folds easily but was still too big to go in my boot, but i just had a maclaren for the car which worked well. Apart from going through my own house door i haven't had any problems with using it in shops etc

Extremly poor design and unsturdy frame for the whopping price tag that it comes with. would not recommend this product to anyone.

Despite the bad points, I wouldn't be put off and would still buy it if I had my time again. I haven't seen anything else on the market that would have met my criteria and I'm really happy with it. Overall, I love this pram almost as much as my Mamas and Papas travel system that I had for my first baby.I love that you can get great accessories - I have the black pram but have pink and aqua footmuffs for my two children.
One of the few doubles for which you can get a proper carrycot - my babies ...

I love the Firstwheels City Twin stroller. As I had read the previous review, I beg to differ about the difficulty of entering doors. I found that it exceeded my expectations of most doors. I have twins, and it is very practical light and easy to assemble. Most mistake it for a Bugaboo (which I find overrated anyway). I looked into a Bugaboo and would probably be paying 30 - 40% more than a Firstwheels for the same value. I love the adjustments of the handles, and I also love the simplicity of t ...

I bought the Firstwheels City Twin Stroller for my newborn and my 18 month old son. I also purchased the carrycot, which was a God send, as she used that to sleep in for the first few weeks. I have just sold it on 9 months later because my son wants to walk everywhere, and it is murder to push with one hand. The fact that it did not fit through my front door did not put me off buying it, but it should have, because every time we arrived home it took me 10 minutes to dismantle it, and by that tim ...
