    Bought netbook, case, DVD writer and mouse. Package delivered WITHOUT netbook. Told the order would be checked within 24 hours, but it actually took 3 days before they finally shipped it, without any apology or acceptance of any fault.

    Superb, very helpfull and polite. Bought MSI wind u200 and usb key drive. Received items next day before noon. Brilliant service, greate price. Quality I have never seen provided by any other online company. It is almost unbelievable such service exist in our days. Will definately comeback for nex shopping. Oyyy.co.uk thank you guys you are the best.

    This retailer try and blackmail you into giving personal details. As far as I am aware, you are under no obligation to give date of birth or telephone number to an online retailer. This is personal information, they insisted on it claiming it was required for "security purposes". They rejected my order because I hadn't given my date of birth or telephone number. So they can stick their order and and any future order. They have no right to my personal information. Provided my card passes all ...

    Bought Canon printer on Tuesday morning with supersaver free delivery which could have taken up to 5 days. Arrived next day at noon,never known such a fast service. Printer perfect, no problems. Will use
    Oyyy again if this is an example of their service.

    I purchased a Canoscan 8800f, but found it was not delivering the quality I was expecting - Oyyy advised "exceptional quality" before I purchased.
    (Whether I have just got a poor example or not I am not sure - slide and film appear slightly soft / out of focus - certainly not "exceptional quality". Documents and photos are fine, but I wanted to archive my older slides and film. However this is not a scanner review - this is a review of my experience as a customer of Oyyy)

    Ordered Canon MP620 printer and Canon ink cartridges
    - better price than Amazon - on Tuesday with free delivery. Delivery expected within 2-5 days.
    I was able to track delivery from Manchester to
    Woodford, Essex.
    Arrived lunchtime next day!!
    Can't get better than that.

    1) Oyyy allowed me to place order even though they did not have my item in stock.
    2) They responded to my email next day by saying that goods would be delivered 2-4 days
    3) Then informed that the item is out of stock and would be another 3 weeks.

    I checked out froogle/google shopping to find the cheapest price on a Canon LBP5000. PC World were selling it for 200 quid as a web exclusive so I wanted to try and beat that. The most relevant google results showed around the £145 mark. The cheapest on there was £114 oyyy.co.uk who I had never heard of.     Ordered a Canon printer from Oyyy over the Bank Holiday weekend, acknowledged Tuesday morning and delivered Wednesday morning 10.30hrs. Simply the best!

    How can you fault this service, especially as the product was £60 pounds cheaper than John Lewis?

    The customer service at oyyy.co.uk is the best I have found on the internet. The item I ordered initially was faulty - this was sorted out immediately without question - customer service responded to all my emails within minutes!

    Beware, Oyyy shipped me a faulty product. They promise to refund these costs if the product is found to be faulty, but needless to say, after you've put out the money, they will not honour the promise to give you access to the fault report/technicians. The entire process will be dragged out to the max.

    I found this website linked on a forum; someone had found an excellent and cheap 22" widescreeen by Video7 here. I'd never heard of either Video7 or Oyyy but the price was great and after a quick call to their office I took a flyer and bought one.
    Good prompt delivery, helpful staff and good products at low prices will keep me going back. :)
