My Sagem MY401C is a rubbish phone. doesn't turn on after 1 week

This phone has no good points - they are all negative in my opinion! The battery doesnt last long for me and the camera quality is poor! It spends more time on charge I feel. To be honest the phone is good for the first hour or so but the battery died really quick. I wouldnt reccomend Sagem MY401C. Although the music player is ok...

Sagem MY401C is a good phone with its memory and everything it has cool colours and when you download anything is just fast!!! i like it because it has a good hand set!!! i hope you like it too. Sagem are good phones but some are bad and annoying. Sagem is a good phone but in batteries that isn't good enough. i bought sagem my401c, but within two days the battery had gone off.I cant find anywhere else to buy a new one thats annoying...

Dont buy this product from Vodafone!
After 14 days they will not offer you a refund.
Phone has to be sent to manufacturer for parts leaving you frustrated.
There Customer Services is very poor and they will try and fob you off.
Your money will go on advertising for F1 race cars and other sports. They don't care about you unless the problem occurs within 14 days of purchase.

My girlfriend and I both bought the Sagem MY401C phone.
1. My battery required replacing after 5 months.
2. My girlfriend has had trouble receiving test and calls for last 2 months.
3. The screens on both phones regularly freeze.
Don't buy from Vodafone.
You only have 14 days for a refund.
They don't care about you and are more interested in putting you cash into F1 sponsorship or other sports.
Customer Services is bad.

I purchased the Sagem MY401C phone from vodafone in Dec 2007 and my girlfriend purchased the same product in Jan 2008.
We have both experienced problems.
1. Battery needs replacing after 6 months.
2. Screen freezes.
3. Problems in receiving tests and calls. Text messages not coming through straight away.
4. Vodafone Customer Services will not give us a replacement phone to the same value or our money back. You only get a 14 day period!

Battery life was always really poor and after 6 months it stopped charging altogether. Would never buy another sagem. It spent more time on charge than being used and I never even bothered using the camera etc as I never had enough power.

My Sagem MY401C vibrates and goes off on its own sometimes when someone tries to call me. The only way to put it off is to remove the battery from the phone. It is a very surprising and embarrassing at the same time.
I took it back to Mediamarkt where i bought it, but they could not change because it did not misbehave at that particular time.
Im getting more often and im getting tired of it.
I have complained on some of your other sites but i have not received any reply.
If i do not get a reply from you guys,i will broadcast my complaint on the internet.
Courtesy demands that i get a response from Sagem positive or otherwise. It is a customer relation issue. You do not ignore any complain notwithstanding who complains.

I got my 401C for £40 from Argos and I think that it's very good value. The games I got are good and the camera is very good. The style is new and funky.
