I've used Kinetico's for many years. They are superb performers. I've compared with similar block salt softeners and the latest 2020c is still technically more proficient(only twin cylindered machine to have a back wash). They are expensive but my experience shows an average life of about 15 years. What more can you ask for!

We bought the 2020c High Flow version of the Kinetico a few weeks ago and I have to say we are very impressed with its performance so far. The flow from our shower heads is still good and the water is soft and silky. The 2020 is silent during normal operation but you can hear a rush of water when it ' s regenerating. Unlike another non-electric machine we looked at, the flow rate is very consistent even during regeneration. This was an important consideration for us because we did not want t ...

The Kinetico 2020c work great; doesn't require electricity or any other fuel consumption, has extremely small footprint, uses minimal salt--much less than other models, maintenance free, quiet.

salt builds up and results in crusting of salt on both the inside of the unit and also on the outside of the cover of the unit. Water froze in mine in the winter--it was located in the garage and required expensive repair. It has done well since with a light bulb heater placed near it in the winter

My Kinetico 2020c is now over 4 years old and still performing well. I use whatever block salt is cheapest at the time of purchase. Would buy again, although getting a bit too pricey I fear.

the simplicity and effeciency are the key features of the Kinetico. Not cheap to buy but has been very cheap to operate.

15 years and only one small service call. Still producing iron-free, soft water.
i have extremely high iron (4.5ppm) and hardness (89 gpg) and iron stains and scale build up are no longer evident, anywhere in my home. great investment.

The ro is another fine product.

I live in Washingborough, Lincoln and we knew are water was very hard. We looked at all the websites and contacted Kinetico.co.uk who put us in touch with there main dealer for this area. (PH Softeners.co.uk) He came round and gave us a free home demo. We was impressed with them who never gave us any pressure. We rang a week later and ordered a Kinetico 2020c High Flow which they recommended as we had a high flow hot water system. He also recommended a Reverse Osmosis water purifier but we did n ...

The Kinetico (PH Softeners) main dealer from Lincoln came round to my house and showed me with my own tap water the difference between hard and soft water. He also set up my machine to the hardness level of my water so I use the right amount of salt. He also gave me a good discount.

Easy to handle with block salt. Cheap to run. We have owned three Kinetuco 2020c 's over the last ten years.

If you want a softener that's going to last and last and last then buy a Kinetico 2020c. It's false economy to buy a cheap imitation that only does half a job!
