Watercare Softeners in Twickenham, supplied and fitted us with a 2020c, approx 6 months ago. Garry the sales manager explained all the options very clearly, and without pressure and organised a very neat and efficient installation. Since installing the softener, results have been everything Garry said we could expect, including less aggrevated eczema, no limescale and pleasurably bathing experience. I have got a 2020c water softener from a company called west of England water softeners. The company are based in Holt Wiltshire, they have won three awards running and have great prices and a great service. they sell Kinetico softeners and others. they are a authorized Kinetico dealer. “Excellent service”
We used Watercare Softeners Ltd in Twickenham. Gary, the salesman explained everything very clearly. I was expecting lots of banging and disruption on the installation day but hardly heard a noise and the installation was compleated in about an hour. We had a small leak which the engineer came back to fix the next day and which was still happening the following day. On the last visit he replaced a fitting and everything is fine since then. You can really feel how smooth your skin feels washing now....

“Water Softener”
I bought my softener from JM Softeners in Pangbourne Berkshire to replace my old one of near twenty years. I chose Kinetico again, as I had no problem with my old one, and it was easy to replace like for like. The service i received was excellent, and the softener works very well. “Great Water Softener”
We have recently had a Kinetico 2020c water softener installed by J M Service & Softeners, and it is fantastic. The product is neat and fits easily into our undersink cupboard. The water is really soft, and the softener uses block salt which is so much easier to handle than the bags of pellets. Watercare Softeners Limited installed my Kenetico 2020c within 2 weeks of initial contact. The installation was done quickly, professionally and very neatly putting the unit outside to minimise impact on space. They used good quality materials to minimise pressure drop also installing seperate new hardwater garden tap, Kenitico 7500 (l micron)waterfilter and 3 way tap on the sink. I am delighted with our water softener and having had it disconnected for a few months during building work I realise how much we missed it. It is a very green product as it uses no mains electricity. This compensates for the slightly more expensive initial outlay when buying the unit. Excellent service from Steve at Aquastream to install a Kinetico 2020c following our house move to Cambridgeshire. The Kinetico 2020c is a compact machine that takes 2 large salt blocks, which are easy to store and replace when salt levels are low. I am very happy with kinetico. I have been wanting to install a water softener since moving to Bucks where the water is particularly hard. Both my sons and myself suffer from eczema and although it is not necessarily the cause of eczema, the hard water does create irritation in the effected areas. We bought a bungalow recently in a very hard water area and are in process of complete refurbishment - new boiler, pipe runs, radiators, bathroom, shower, etc. We decided to install Kinetico Water Softeners since they had an excellent reputation and we talked to their rep at one of the Grand Designs Exhibitions. Having just had to replace our previous watersoftener the Kintetico 2020c is working really well. The scum in the showers and sinks has stopped and washing powder decreased. Our skin feels softer and it is helping my hands. I would highly recommend a water softener; ours being fitted by Aquastream who did a very good job and whose service I have always found to be very good as well as helpful. Most of the times the person responsible for selling and installing it came to fix the problem and three times an engineer from Kinetico came and fixed the problem.
