Had mine for about 6 years. Several problems including poor battery life, broken drive pin, broken handle, twisted frame - loose joints, pulling to one side, wheel clutch not working, and today at almost the furthest point from the clubhouse the axle actually broke and literally the wheels came off in my game! On the positive side the spares people have always been very helpful with reasonable priced spares. (read more)

I have had this trolley for 3 years with no problems. Now it started to make a noise and phoned slazenger who collected from my door and returned it to my door. Excellent trolley and after sales service. I do not know what the previous reviews are complaining about. (read more)

Have had my Slazenger trolley for a month now, it will complete 2 rounds of golf on a full charge(18 hole battery). Its build quality is ok and it fits into the boot of my Mazda MX5 with the wheels off. Recently its started not to want to turn left and I have to use more force to turn it, the left wheel (with red collar) seems to be scrubbing when turning and this is putting more strain on the handle and joints. Going to return it to see what the problem is. Apart from that its not a bad... (read more)

Absolute rubbish, keeps breaking down, battery life very poor with the Slazenger Lightweight Electric Trolley. You would be best advised to spend more money and get a more reliable trolley. (read more)

I purchased my Slazenger Lightweight Electric Trolley at the same time as my golf partners bought powacaddy. I have had nothing but problems with my Slazenger. The spare parts people are helpful and goods are despatched promptly. However the spare part cost and carriage are very expensive. If I am to purchase a replacement, I would go for Powacaddy. A great pity as this appaling speed of service has spoiled what was a good product. Was very good for first year of ownership. However the on/off - speed control has now failed and though Slazenger claim ":swift resolution to any service issues, I have now waited for almost 6 weeks for the part to be supplied by their after sales support. Service?? (read more)

I have had my trolly for over 3 years, it collapsed after 2 weeks and it was back and forward 3/4 times in the 1st year. It has constantly pulled to the left and now the battery has gone. Biggest problem I have is getting a contact number for Slazenger to price a service and balance that up with the cost of a new trolley. I have spent the last hour on the internet looking for one.
