Good Points: This forum has a very good layout and a vast knowledge base. It is full of useful info for Virgin Media / Cable customers, and has a good support network.
Bad Points: The forum has a bizarre way of moderating it's content. The moderation team are either misinformed or instructed to delete content that relates to web TV / internet broadcasts. The mods seem to allow some users to post bad/illegal/poor content, yet ban others for simple errors or content they feel "may be" bad/illegal/poor in error.
General comments: I was suspended from posting after a dispute over a link I posted. The link was to a directory of internet TV channels wwitv.com . This web TV directory has been established for over 10 years, and is a fully legal site that has the full cooperation of the channels it links to. I was eventually banned from the site after re-registering in order to try and defend myself/question their decision. It seems the moderation team will not listen to reason, and delete all content that questions their mistakes. IMHO the site itself is good, but be aware that they will ban/suspend members who do not agree with a moderators decision. There is no right to appeal against a moderators decision, and no way of allowing the members to publicly question them.
