    Good Points: Quiet machine ran well for 18 months. Got specification for money and importantly washes well


    Bad Points: After 18 months machine ground to a halt. There followed a number of visits from Hoover/Candy engineers and after replacing a few bits, the machine is working away again as before (thankfully Hoover gave a standard 5 year parts warranty)


    General comments: I suspect the technology in the machine and the use of diagnostic computers to check, can sometimes ' mask' certain faults and this seemed to protract the engineers attempts to discover the fault. Hoover however were very prompt with their repair personnel.
