    Good Points: healthy, slimming, getting three or more of your vegetables from your 5 a day. saving energy by cooking in microwave in mins and all packaging is recycled.

    Bad Points: none

    I think the steam veg packs are a great idea as it saves you wasting veg that you do not get chance to eat. Also, all you have to do it pop the packet in the microwave, which ensures that the veg is then steamed, making it a lot better for you and keeps it's flavour. I started using the Birds Eye steamed veg about 4 months ago and since have also got my mum using them, I just hope that they take off and start doing different mixes of veg ie: some with Sprouts, Cauliflour, Parsnips and Brocolli ...
