    Good Points: Great saws


    Bad Points: None.


    General comments: I consider Poulan chainsaws to be very good products, and I've bought at least a dozen chainsaws in my lifetime. I have bought and worn-out three Poulans, and the 18" I have now is quite satisfactory. My help usually is very tough on tools, so if they last one year, I'm satisfied.

    Poor design and not worth buying in my opinion ..Not the Poulan of the old days, which were strong and reliable..

    The Poulan 4018WT is not a chainsaw for a professional, but a good saw for a homeowner. An average machine I would say, has its downsides, but generally good.

    The Poulan 4018wt is a good saw for a homeowner I would suggest draining out the bar oil before storing it for any amount of time I have used this saw for about 3 years and it is dependable but Poulan could improve the leaking problem.
