    Bad Points: A minor issue was the rooms are so hot - I never thought i would go to sleep in Lapland with the window open when it was minus 10 outside! Getting the thermal suits on in a room heated to tropical levels was a bit of an ordeal.


    General comments: Hotel clean warm and family friendly. A level 5 minute walk to the centre. Free sledges for the kids. Food wholesome and in plentiful supply. Kids indoor play area a real bonus as it has bouncy castle, bikes, ball pool and craft rooms - enough to keep any age happy for an hour or 2. Stunning indoor pool with kids pool and vapour saunas which really clear your head - useful if you had a late one in the bar!

    Truly magical place. Levi has something for everyone. Plenty of bars and restaurants, interesting shops, ski slopes, toboggan slopes, huskies, reindeer trips etc etc. Centre well laid out at foot of ski run with lifts to top. Visit to Santas post office was magical, we loved it as much as our 3 year old. Stunning scenery and locals who are genuinely pleased you visited. Was supposed to be a once in a lifetime holiday, needless to say we cant wait to go back!

    I've been to Levi before and stopped in crazy reindeer, did not think this hotel could match the crazy, but it was better.
