I paid for delivery on Wed. between 9 - 5. At 4:30 pm justflowers called and said they could not deliver. It was a recording as well. When I called they offered me $10 off and argued with me that they could NOT cancel my order. I had to threaten to cam American Express to file a complaint before they agreed to cancel!!! (read more)

Ordered flowers for a memorial service, and they were not delivered. When we requested a confirmation of delivery, they could not provide one. The worst customer service ever and a complete hassle for everyone involved make this florist not worth doing business with. I'm still fighting the charge on my credit card, and the customer service manager I just spoke to refuses to issue a refund. Save yourself the hassle - DON'T PURCHASE FROM JUST FLOWERS! (read more)

The worst experience of trying to order flower's I've ever had! I ordered flowers for my mother the Saturday before mother's day and set my delivery date for the next day(mother's day), and didn't even get the flower's until three days later! And when the flowers showed up they weren't even close to the arrangement I had ordered! Not even one flower was the same!! What a complete waste of $100!! I would never recommend them to anyone! On May 10, 2013, I ordered three bouquets, one for my daughter, one for my daughter in law, and one for my mother. I ordered delivery for Saturday, May 11th. My daughter in law, who is local, got hers on Saturday. My daughter in another state never got hers at all. I"m not even sure how I ended up on their website, as I had never heard of them. They must've inserted a link on another site that was easy to click on by mistake. The first time I ordered from just flowers is was a funeral plant. I was pleased. I ordered a casket spray for my mom and the reason I ordereed it was mini sunflowers and there were none. I paid extra for a in loving memory banner and it was missing. They offered me the price of the banner and $5.00 back as compensation. I was very pleased. delivery was to a sports arena and the difficulty of that didn't seem to get in the way of nice clean delivery. I expected it not to work, and was so pleased that it did. My fiance sent me a picture of herself very happy with the gift. It was a nice addition to her promotion at work. The pop-up help window obscured the field I was trying to enter on the order form, then the screen disappeared. This happened repeatedly, so it took several tries to complete the order. The unsubscribe option for the newsletter is unsecured, so I did not succeed in unsubscribing through fear of having my email address available to anyone. My experience was HORRIBLE. I ordered flowers for same day delivery. They attempted to deliver 3 days later when my friend was out of the hospital. I received no email/phone call that the delivery would not be made on Saturday, the day I ordered the flowers. I came across JustFlowers.com when I googled “same day delivery florist” and sure enough they claimed same-day delivery as long as you place your order before 3pm PST, which I did. Few hours later I received a generic email stating my delivery has been pushed to the next day “due to delivery issues”. Whatever that means. The only thing these folks do well is take your money. The didn't deliver the flowers, didn't call me, didn't answer the phone and never acknowledged they screwed up. I ordered the highest tier arrangement and candy for a 90th birthday. When I saw what was delivered, it was fresh and attractive, but was not as elaborate as I had expected, and the candy gift was small and not worth the cost.
