“Horrible customer service”

I ordered a corsage and it was not delivered on the date i had paid for. They talked me into waiting one more day, and said they will have it to me by 3 pm. Was not delivered by 3 pm. I had to go to local florist and get a corsage expressed. They did not offer to refund my money. horrible horrible customer service. There is NO refund no matter if you get item or not. They will continue to tell you it is "en route" OR "already sent to florist" so that you cant get a refund....total BS!!! … Read Full Review

“Run, run, run from them.”

JustFlowers charged me extra for Mothers Day delivery then delivered three days later. They said they'd include a note apologizing for the delay but did not. It wasn't even the same delivery. “Very unsatisfied /never order from here again”

My mother never received her Mother's day arrangement.Was told they do not delivery to P.O. boxes(which I did not put in order)Back and forth with people on phone (who BARELY spoke English)and emails. No help. I would give the rating below a 1 if I could. I ordered flowers for Mother's day to be delivered on Mothers day for both my mom and mother-in-law. I spent over $300. Neither of the orders arrived by Mother's day. In-fact, the florist that eventually delivered my mom's flower said that they were not even open on Mother's day so why would Justflowers promise such a deliver. to make it worst, the flowers delivered were not even the ones I ordered. I agree 100% with this review. My mom was supposed to receive her flowers Saturday. She got them today( Tuesday). I emailed to cancel my order 4 times, since I was never able to get thru to a real person. I paid $100.00 for a few sunflowers with eucalyptus leaves. This was not what I ordered.

I will never order from them again.

Ordered a flower arrangement for a friend's 92th Birthday and learned at the end of her day that the flowers had never been delivered to her. Contacted JustFlowers.com and asked for a reason why the flowers had never been delivered but I had quickly been charged and could not get a reasonable answer, and was offered a $5 discount and to have the flowers delivered the next day. The flowers were delivered 2 hours late and i paid for express delivery. No later then 1:00. They looked nothing close to what they showed in the picture. The flowers looked like a 5 year old had thrown them together. The vase was a different color then shown in the picture and the bouquet was half the size that was shown in the photo. They were only willing to refund me $30, I spent $221.46!! I ordered two flower arrangements which were supposed to be the same(they looked nothing alike) online for a Sunday delivery date for use at a trade show on Monday. They continually called me on Saturday afternoon 3/5/2016 to ask me to confirm my hotels address and my name, these were clearly stated on my online order. I placed an order on a Monday for delivered Thursday. I did not hear anything until 4:00 on Thursday, that the delivery could not take place. They offered to deliver the next day, but only offered to give me $5 off. When I contacted customer service, they told me they could not find a florist. Ordered a wicker cradle-type basket, called "dream time", blue with a white flower arrangement and little moon and star ornament sticking out above the flowers, for someone who just delivered a little baby boy. I ordered flowers for same day delivery for my twin sister. I received a call asking if they could substitute the color of the flowers. I said no so they assured me they would get another florist. When you want to send flowers, it's usually to mark a special occasion. You expect to have it delivered when you want it delivered (VERY IMPORTANT) and to be WHAT YOU ORDERED (EXTREMELY IMPORTANT). You are willing to pay sometimes more than you thought for these first two things to happen and when neither of them happen, the whole experience is less than enjoyable.
