Flowers were delivered on time. It was not the flowers I ordered,not even close to it. I ordered Colors of Compassion which was a bright,colorful array of flowers. What was delivered instead was a small,dull not colorful at all standing basket.In fact it as downright ugly.I was embarrassed to have my name on it. Will not order from Just Flowers again.

“Mothers Day flower disaster”

Sent my 87 year old mother flowers for Mother's Day. Last minute order so not a lot of options. They were delivered as promised on Mother's Day. The next day my mother called to say the flowers were "drooping" and many of them looked dead. Called company 6 times(no way to speak to anyone) and emailed 3 times. Finally responded they would give a $15 credit on a $102 order to be used on next order. Why would anyone order again?? Absolutely no customer service!!! Have disputed the charge with my credit card company so they will lose in the end!

Placed an order to be delivered on a Saturday. They didn't deliver and then they didn't deliver Sunday so I requested cancel Monday morning and then they still had them deliver and now won't refund since they made a delivery after I had requested. I have also filed a complaint with the BBB.. Do not use no matter what!

I ordered flowers to be delivered for my months birthday this past Saturday March 20th 2021. They never showed. I called and they apologized and guaranteed they would be delivered Sunday and they never showed. I called again and was put on hold a few times...then after hours on hold, they apologized and said they would definitely deliver on Monday and never showed. I called them this morning to cancel the order and they apologized and assured me they would be delivered today and would discount the delivery fee and an extra $10.00 along with an apology letter - so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. NOTHING!!! I am currently on hold with them and they are telling me they were delivered yesterday - yet my parents have been home the last 4 days waiting for this delivery and NOBODY HAS DELIVERED FLOWERS!! Now I'm being transferred to a manager and on hold AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!! I went online to their online chat and asked that a manager call me and the person I spoke to said she submitted everything to management and they were reviewing and would call me back. Reviewing what? All I want at this point is a refund. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER DEALT WITH!!! WORST COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

“charged $18.98 for delivery no one mentioned when...”

I ordered by phone a premium arrangement on Sat and was told it would probably be delivered later that day and, if not, it would be delivered on Sunday. Arrangement showed up on Monday AND I was charged a delivery charge of $18.98 no one mentioned on the phone. There is no mention of it on their website either. I have contacted them 2 times and no one cares to do anything about it. Will not use service again nor refer them to friends.

“Poor quality arrangements, and customer service”

This company is the most unprofessional I've ever dealt with. I ordered what should have been an arrangement of ASSORTED ORANGE flowers for $163. What was delivered to my dear friend were yellow and red roses that were thrown into a vase by presumably a 3 year old. Different colors, different fillers, no ribbon, etc. To make matters worse, JustFlowers' customer service offered to credit me $10. This when they didn't even have an explanation as to why my Invoice/Order reads "Sunset Rose", which is a $64.99 corsage. Spent two days asking to speak to a supervisor/manager and kept being thrown around, and promised I'd get a call back. Never happened...until I posted negative reviews on social media. Customer Service Manager/Supervisor called, only to insult me further. She's in the wrong line of work...rude, condescending, and arrogant. It's no wonder they have all the disclosures to cover their asses... They can substitute everything and anything....and bring you scraps. Better off at Fresh Market...huge variety of gorgeous roses $16.99 / dozen.

Never use this company. We ordered a palm plant and got something with huge half dying elephant leaves. We paid extra for delivery by 1pm, but it arrived at 7pm. Many leaves are half dead and brown, dead leaves and sticks found at the base of the plant. An ordered balloon arrived half inflated. Caution!!! This company can’t be trusted. The customer service is very bad and will not provide an refund for this Anniversary gift. Totally unacceptable! This plant looks like it came direct from Home Depot. It could have done that for $30 instead of over $100 paid. Yes there is a ton of fine print in the order, to cover their poor business practice. At the end of the day this was a bad purchase that people need to know about.

I ordered a birthday flower arrangement for my friend who is battling a probably terminal brain tumor. Delivery was postponed two days, then the company called and said they could get a local florist to deliver for $22 more. Stupid me. When I initially ordered, I thought this was a local florist. It is not! It is one of those nationwide flower conglomerates. I told them to forget the order. THEN, they said they would pay half of the extra $22 to have the flowers delivered. I said no. THEN they offered to pay more. Who would trust these people? I said "What part of NO don't you understand? No Order! And I better not see a charge on my account from you. NO means NO ORDER!" These were my exact words. I am so upset. My dear friend did not receive her birthday flowers.

I ordered flowers for a funeral that was taking place Monday after mother’s day. I never imagined that my arrangement did not make it to the funeral. They called me Wednesday 3 days late to report that Sadly it NEVER got delivered and the lame excuse they gave was they were busy because of Mother’s day and couldn’t deliver. Well this was someone’s mother who died. Her first mother’s day without her mom and NO flowers from our family to express our condolences . We had several family members who were depending on the arrangement being there to express our sympathy. I would NEVER use this Compnay again and also caution you. Overall rating:-0

Beware of this company!! My sons ordered flowers for me and paid extra for Mother's Day delivery. 4 days after Mother's day and I still have not received the flowers even though my sons were charged for the delivery. We tried several times to call and email and were unable to speak with anyone!!! Horrible experience!!

Guarantee means nothing to this company. I picked an arrangement and ordered based on the guarantee for same day delivery. They like to blame the florist or holiday for their inability to deliver in the guaranteed time or the actual arrangement chosen. Who doesn't enjoy picking out a specific arrangement and paying for delivery and getting nothing, not even a subbed version of flowers. A $5 or $10 refund is not acceptable either, the delivery and hidden fees cost more. When a delivery is days after a special occasion and after YOUR guarantee, you are misleading customers . You offered me a $10 refund but never delivered flowers, why would I accept $10 and still pay $85 for flowers that were not delivered? That is insane.

I recently arranged and managed my father's funeral. One out-of-town friend arranged to have flowers delivered by this company. The flowers were not delivered. The friend was double billed. Although one of the charges was reversed, the other is still pending (and has been disputed with the credit card company). Worst of all, as I and others have attempted to resolve this matter, we have been told story after story. We were told the flowers were delivered the night before the funeral. When they learned that this would not have been possible, we were told they were delivered the morning of the funeral -- at a time when I was present. This was absolutely false. Next we were told that they were received and signed bysomeone who explained that she never received or signed for the flowers, and did not even attend the funeral. She merely told a rude customer service representative that my family had left some flowers and other decorations and treats in the church. The flowers this lady saw the day after the funeral were delivered by a different, reputable, florist -- who delivered multiple arrangements without difficulty. I have called repeatedly, been placed on hold for twenty minutes and longer, been told that I would be called back, and more. This company does not deliver flowers. It delivers a pack of stories.

Ordered flowers for brother before he went to hospital for surgery. He ended up passing away and it took me several weeks realize the flowers were never delivered. Called and was informed that I gave them the wrong address (the one they read me was correct) because the florist delivered them to the door. They got a call from those people saying no one by my brothers name lived there. They didn’t call me about the problem. When I called customer service I was told he didn’t live at the address I gave them. After 3 calls and a supervisor the end result was “it’s past 7 days and company policy is no adjustment. Thank you for calling justflowers,com”!! Never use them!!!

Beware. They absolutely SUCK. Customers beware of the bull that they pull. Your spend alot of money and they do not give you what you paid for. Example you spend $100 on an arrangement and they look for the cheapest florist and only give them $55 for the arrangement but you spent $100 on. Where is the rest of the flowers and or money?? They are worthless.

“Avoid JustFlowers”

If there were a way to give this company, JustFlowers, zero stars, that is the rating review I would give to them. My husband ordered a bouquet of two dozen long stem premium yellow roses for me as a surprise that was to be delivered to our home on the same day of the order. He paid an exorbitant price for same day delivery. The cost with all the handling fees and delivery fees came to $152.97. Had my husband ordered the same flowers to be shipped via JustFlowers’ normal delivery method, to arrive whenever they might arrive, the cost would have been $67.99. The flowers did not arrive on the day they were supposed to arrive. JustFlowers accepted my husband’s order and charged him their exorbitant premium which was processed by them and they even sent my husband an email confirmation confirming the “same day” delivery. My husband spent hours that evening and hours the following day trying to reach people at JustFlowers to find out what had happened to his order. JustFlowers was apparently available to speak to him to place new orders but did not have anyone available to speak to him about his existing order. The day following the date when the flowers were promised to be delivered, the “flowers” arrived. Our doorbell rang and a woman holding some flowers in a glass vase, pushed the vase towards me, saying “Here” and after I said “Thank you”, asked me if it was a birthday. She didn’t wait for me to respond, but was off our front steps and away from our home immediately. At the time, it did not register with me or with my husband why she was in such a hurry to get away from our home. I thanked my husband and when he looked at the flowers that I was holding, I noticed he was upset. He told me that what was delivered was wholly different from what he had ordered which had been a bouquet of two dozen long stem premium yellow roses in a nice vase. The delivered flowers contained 16 roses (none of which were yellow and none were premium – three of them were dying or close to dead), contained numerous daises, and contained a tremendous amount of green brush matter and it appears that the arrangement had been in the vase and water for several days prior to the date of delivery. The “arrangement” was what you would find available at the local grocery store, probably put together days earlier. The value would be, at best, $50.00. There was no printed materials that this was coming from JustFlowers or from a local florist, no printed material of flower care information or of the JustFlowers guarantee, no floral preservative or foam was provided, and there was no covering of the floral arrangement. The only thing that came with the flowers was the card (without any floral company name or information) that had my name and address on it. There was no way to reach the “florist” as we did not know who put the flowers together or who had delivered the flowers. After spending over three hours on the phone with JustFlowers’ escalation department, emailing with Just Flowers (including sending photos of the delivered flowers), and doing online chats with JustFlowers, nothing was resolved. We were told that my husband could not receive a refund because I had accepted the flowers. Apparently, based upon the statement of a manager named Cara at the JustFlowers escalation department, my husband should have grabbed the flowers from me, and run after the woman who had delivered them, and told her the flowers were unacceptable, but because he did not do that, we had accepted delivery and were supposedly satisfied with the flowers. Another manager, Reggie, suggested that in the following week they (JustFlowers) would speak with the local florist to discuss our situation and that it was possible that the local florist might re-do the order. When we said we wanted a refund, we were told that JustFlowers will not provide ANY refund to any customer. Apparently, the JustFlowers 100% guarantee, where the customer must contact them within 7 days of receiving their order, is that JustFlowers can replace an order with another one. It is our opinion that JustFlowers is taking advantage of people who want or need flowers for an occasion and expect JustFlowers to have integrity and honor their guarantee to provide quality flowers arrangements when they are supposed to be delivered. It seems clear from the other reviews here, and at different sites online, that what occurred in our situation is the norm for this company. I recommend that anyone needing or wanting flowers avoid JustFlowers.

“Worst Company Ever”

My son wanted to order flowers for Christmas for his sister. Ordered 9:00 am eastern time to deliver pacific time from 9am to 6pm for 39.99 they charged my credit card 61.72 dollars and never delivered the flowers.. No one will call you back. Second day no flowers..Had to call the credit card company to turn the charges in as fraud.
