    i also own a business called Just Flowers, so i would ask anyone looking at this review to not judge all by the one bad apple. i would also tell everyone and anyone if you receive bad flowers or what you send is not good, go back to the florist. to many people do not complain, and that's what allows bad florists to say in business. as for ordering on line, - ok, its the way things are going- but you'll never do better than to talking direct to a human being.

    About 3 years ago I used to work for this company and recently a friend, unbeknownst to me, used this to send someone flowers. Surprise! They never arrived! And they got the WORST customer service when they called to figure out what happened. I would have warned them about how awful this company is and decided to take to the internet to warn people.

    I ordered flowers for my mother on Thursday, October 1st to be delivered on October 1st. No special occasion- just because. I never received a call from my mother, so I called her over the weekend and had to ask if she ever received them (so much for the surprise!). She never received them.     Just Flowers has a mis leading webesite, takes orders without having a local flourist willing to deliver the flowers or products.

    Don't waste your time and don't trust Just Flowers unless you want to disappoint yourself and waste 45 minutes waiting for a customer service representative that will not give you a straight answer. I order a arrangement worth 70 dollars and my mother received a cheap little bouquet with little roses. So not worth what I paid for.

    Unfortunately I did not check epinions.com before trusting this company with the order and delivery of my Mothers Day Flowers. On Wednesday, May 6th, I order a bouquet of flowers from justflowers.com. The flowers were scheduled to be delivered to my mother's workplace on May 8th, 2009 between the hours of 9am and 2pm.     The booking process on Just Flowers was easy.
    Delivered a week late and didn't notify me until then.

    Called - on hold 15min as the next caller
    Put through to voice mail since they were having high call volume (remember, I was caller #1)
    Mailbox was full - couldn't leave a message
    Apparent reason(s) for delay in delivery - recipient was in ICU (not true) - then the excuse was the florist didn't have the flowers requested (should I not have gotten a call to choose another)?

    I ordered a gift basket for my husband and specifically requested no meat products, I called to confirm that I didn't want any meat products and after two days of back and forth phone calls they finally assured me that the basket will not have any meat products sure enough the basket arrived with the meat. Not only that but I payed $80 for a basket that was grossly misrepresented in size it came out to be no larger than the palm of my hand! Not recommended.

    I ordered a flower basket from Just Flowers for my parents' 40th Anniversary. I found JustFlowers by Googling 'Same Day Flower delivery' because I wanted them THAT DAY (which was the day before their anniversary.)     I do a lot of online shopping, and have never had a negative experience like this. The flowers did not arrive on time, even though we paid extra to have them shipped by 1 p.m....When we called the next day, we were put on hold for a long time, only to be told someone would call back. Hours later, they called back and appeared to be blaming me for the situation. I found them to be completely unprofessional and unfriendly. I will never use this site again.

    I ordered my flowers at 0830 and paid for express delivery and even wrote the instructions in the special instructions area - I called about the delivery at 2:56pm to check on the delivery at that time I was told the florist 1) did not see the special instructions until at that moment and 2) they elected to wait (even though I clearly paid for express delivery) because they did not have any good daisies at that time.     Review of Just Flowers - In addition to my flowers being delivered five hours late the customer service people seemed to offer no help after I reported this. They returned the extra $5 I paid to have them delivered early and simply said I'm sorry. My friend wasn't even in her office anymore when the flowers were delivered and they didn't even upgrade the flowers.

    The worst customer service experience of my life. I ordered flowers on a Monday to be delivered to my friend in Hawaii who was there to get married. I wanted her to have flowers in her condo all week to enjoy prior to her Thursday wedding.     I ordered flowers for my Grandma's funeral and I had to call because I was having a little problem with the site. They answered right away and there was a friendly voice on the other end willing to help me during this sad time. The flowers arrived on time and were beautiful.

    Ordered a Mothers' Day bouquet for my mom from Just Flowers. Had to schedule twice since they didn't deliver the first time. Almost scheduled a third time but by then Moms' day had come and gone. They told me they'd give me a refund but didn't credit my charge account until I called them up and asked them directly about it. Looks like I should have read these reviews first before ordering from them.

    The Just Flowers www.justflowers.com website has you pick a location for delivery, then provides delivery options (like Sundays), and after you purchase disclaims any ability to deliver on the stated days (in the fine print). They failed to deliver, so I called and emailed to cancel (not able to get anyone on the phone).     Ordered flowers to be sent to my sister after her surgery for a broken nose. Luckily they went to my sister who will be honest with me and she wanted to know where I ordered them from because they were terrible. The flowers were broken and later found out from her description that it was not the arrangement I ordered.     We ordered flowers for a wake that never arrived and then arrived for a small short service the next day. We had called to make sure that they would be there for the wake - which the customer service rep said they would be - and then they didn't arrive until too late. When we spoke to customer service about canceling the order they said that they wouldn't because they had sent them. The customer service representatives were rude, unprofessional and patronizing toward me.
