    Good Points: Views of the mountain. Town of Collingwood. Spa staff were very professional, friendly and competent.


    Bad Points: Rooms are outdated and dirty. Poor quality furnishings, especially beds. Very unhelpful and unfriendly front desk


    General comments: Overall, we felt ignored and uninvited. This is not a resort at all, more like a motel. What we were led to believe based on calls and website, was a complete disappointment. I told my husband, that since I am a "trooper" and not a princess, and since it is only for 2 nights, I will put up with the accommodations, but he himself was disappointed.
    The staff with two exceptional gentlemen at the main restaurant were unprofessional.We will visit Collingwood again, but we will not stay at this "resort"
