Hi, I received a gift from Miss Selfridge for my birthday, a week ago. However, the gift was a pair of shoes that are a size too small, would it be possible to swap them for the correct size or exchange them for a credit note? As this was a gift for my birthday, the buyer has lost the receipt since because they thought they were the right size.
