    I have ordered a product from Miss Selfridge on 23 jan and they could not delivered the product. On 16th Feb i cancel the order and asked them to refund the money. Until 03 March i am still awaiting for refund and product is still with courier.
    I will never buy anything from Selfridge and any related company.

    I placed an order, got a shipping notice and a charge to my credit card the next day but didn't receive the package within stated timeframe. Queried customer service and was told they don't ship to the States. Now waiting on a refund.

    Shame, that. Cute clothes. Was looking forward to that pair of jeans and had contemplated purchasing several tops...

    The low rating is based solely on my experience trying to order. As I have not received the product I am unable to rate on quality. ...

    if you need something urgently ie. for Valentines Day do not order through Miss Selfridge or any Arcadia Group site they use HDNL to deliver their products who have a very poor reputation. It is not clear on the sites who they use I assumed was Royal Mail and placed an order for next day delivery only to be advised at lunchtime today that my order is delayed due to 'technical problems' at HDNL. Obviously its no good tomorrow and people choose next day for a reason. I'm sooo disappointed grrrr!

    I like the lay out of the site and the offers they have on certain items, it's a very good site and I would use it again!
