    Good Points: none.


    Bad Points: Poor quality, Poor staff, Poor website. Poor service.


    General comments: The regalos staff are rude and incompetent . The order i placed with them took 4 weeks to arrive (despite promising 2 day delivery), then when it arrived it contained 30% of the order. I rang again and was told there was a mix up!!! I am still waiting for two of the larger items.

    I placed the order 3 months ago.


    Avoid them like the plague.

    I will use them again for school shoes, his work shoes etc but I will stick to Fly London for my treats.
